带式输送机转载点防堵装置的设计与应用

Design and application of an anti-blocking device at the transfer point of belt conveyor

摘要:

为了解决带式输送机转载点卡堵问题,城郊煤矿根据矿井主煤流带式输送机运输系统转载点卡堵主要是粘煤卡堵和大块矸石卡堵, 提出了针对粘煤和大块矸石卡堵的解决方案。分析了两种卡堵情形原理,融合到转载点的改造设计中去,提出了通过高压水冲刷来解决粘煤卡堵,通过改造转载溜槽挡板的自由量,达到增加转载溜槽出口宽度的目的,从而提升大块矸石的通过空间。将两种情形的处理方式集中起来,改造设计了一种带式输送机转载点防堵装置,并对其进行远程控制改造。结果表明,通过对带式输送机转载溜槽的改造设计,逐步实现了带式输送机转载点卡堵的远程控制,充分解放了现场岗位人员,实现了减人提效。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of coal mine automation, the main coal flow transportation system of coal mine has also realized the centralized control of comprehensive automation, but the number of relevant personnel has not been reduced on the job. The main constraint factor is the blocking of the transfer point of the main coal flow belt conveyor. This paper mainly based on the situation of transfer blocking of the main coal flow belt conveyor transportation system in the suburban coal mine, and according to the on-site treatment method, designs and transforms a kind of anti-blocking device for the transfer point of the belt conveyor, gradually realizes the remote control to deal with the problem of transfer point blocking of the belt conveyor, fully liberates the on-site staff, and realizes the reduction of personnel and efficiency.
