煤矿钢井架结构设计要点探讨

摘要:

钢井架因良好的结构性能在大中型煤矿的竖向提升中被广泛应用。为了研究四斜柱式钢井架设计的布置选型、受力分析、荷载组合等设计要点,以实际工程为例,对同一模型分别采用不同规范的分项系数进行计算,并对结果进行对比。结果表明,按照新规范的分项系数进行设计更安全,同时提出了重视前期方案设计、进行参数化、模块化设计的建议,研究结果可供类似工程参考对照

Abstract:

Abastracts: Steel headframes are widely used in vertical lifting in large and medium-sized coal mines due to the excellent structural performance. The paper ,which bases on an actual project, expounds the key points such as model selection, force analysis, load combinations of four columns steel headframe design. Partial factors in different standards are used to calculate in the same model, and the different results are compared. The results indicate that design following the new standard is safer ,it can be used as a reference in similar projects. Meanwhile, the paper proposes the importance of preliminary plan and ideas of parameterized and modular design.
