含夹矸厚煤层地面定向钻预注浆围岩改性及巷道支护技术研究#br#

Study on surrounding rock modification and roadway support technology of pre-grouting by ground directional drilling in thick coal seam with gangue

摘要: 为解决复杂地质条件下, 巷道掘进期间施工难, 工序复杂等问题, 以淮北矿业信湖煤矿818里机巷为工程背景, 提出了利用地面定向钻预注浆技术对巷道围岩进行掘前治理的方案, 运用FLAC3D软件模拟了注浆前、后巷道开挖后围岩变形特征, 并在现场注浆试验后, 通过钻孔窥视的手段, 观察了浆液在围岩中的扩散情况; 结合巷道的地质条件及施工特点, 确定了夹矸顶板巷道的支护形式, 并对注浆区域与非注浆区域进行长期持续性的矿压监测。结果显示: 同一支护形式下, 治理区域相较于非治理区域, 两帮移近量和顶板下沉量分别降低了31.82%、36.77%, 证明了地面定向钻预注浆围岩改性技术, 对加强围岩自承载性能, 提高巷道稳定性具有良好效果。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of difficult and passive construction and complex process during roadway excavation under complex geological conditions, based on the engineering background of the machine lane in 818 in Xinhu Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Industry, this paper puts forward the scheme of using ground directional drilling pre-grouting technology to control the surrounding rock of roadway before excavation. FLAC3D software is used to simulate the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock before and after grouting. After the field grouting test, the diffusion of slurry in surrounding rock is observed by means of borehole peeping. Combined with the geological conditions and construction characteristics of the roadway, the support form of gangue roof roadway is determined, and the long-term continuous mine pressure monitoring is carried out in grouting area and non-grouting area. The results show that under the same support form, compared with the non-control area, the two-side convergence and roof subsidence in the control area are reduced by 31.82 % and 36.77 % respectively, which proves that the ground directional drilling pre-grouting surrounding rock modification technology has a good effect on strengthening the self-bearing performance of surrounding rock and improving the stability of roadway.
