东欢坨矿南翼运输大巷过断层构造带施工技术

Study on soft rock chamber groups support technology in deep mine

摘要: 为了保障东欢坨矿-690水平南翼运输大巷在掘进过程中顺利通过前方的SF15正断层构造带,分析了SF15正断层构造带的特征,确定采用“超前固化、点-线-面掘进、立体支护、监测监控、动态注浆控制、安全防范”的过断层构造带施工方案。从过断层构造带超前预注浆技术、掘进和支护技术、挂绳喷浆、壁后注浆和布置卸压槽和注浆锚杆等方面研究了-690水平南翼运输大巷过断层构造带施工技术,保证了东欢坨矿井后续巷道施工的正常进行。

Abstract: In the deep well state, the soft rock engineering problem has become an important engineering problem in the current deep mining. In this paper, the -980m cavern group of Xinhe Coal Mine is taken as the research background. Through theoretical analysis, the influence of different sequential excavation of adjacent chambers on surrounding rock failure is studied. Combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation software, different excavation sequences of adjacent chambers are simulated. And the minimum damage volume VP is calculated in the shaping zone, so it is concluded that the optimal construction scheme is BA2A3A1A4A5. Provide support design for the cavern group, it is suggested that bolting net , grouting anchor rope, whitewashing and grouting reinforcement should be adopted in the main part of pump house, in later stage can use steel reinforced concrete masonry lining for combined support; And it is suggested that bolt wire cable , shotcret and grouting reinforcement should be adopted in the niche,and in later stage can use steel reinforced concrete masonry lining for combined support. The supporting scheme is simulated by using FLAC3D numerical software, calculation results show that, the top, bottom and two sides of the chamber are effectively controlled. The results of field monitoring were analyzed, and the result shows, the maximum displacement of the two sides of the monitoring section is 8mm, and the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates is 15mm. This suggests that the overall maintenance and support effect of the roadway is good, which can effectively control the surrounding rock and has good application value.
