深井软岩硐室底板加固技术及数值模拟研究

Study on Floor Strengthening Technology and Numerical Simulation of Chamber with Deep High Stressed Soft Rock

摘要: 为了解决潘一东深井高应力软岩硐室底鼓难题,根据潘一东副井东等候室的工程地质条件,通过计算机数值模拟,提出了在对硐室顶帮浇筑混凝土的基础上对硐室底板采取超挖回填结合深孔锚索注浆进行底鼓治理。数值模拟和工程实践表明,方案的实施不仅提高了等候室围岩的稳定性,而且有效地控制了硐室的底鼓。

Abstract: In order to solve floor heave problems of chamber with associated with deep high-stressed soft rock in Panyi Coal Mine East, according to engineering geological condition of waiting chamber, Combining with numerical simulation in computer, Based on pouring concrete in roof and straight-wall, the strengthening scheme that combining Overbreak Back-filling and deep-hole cable routing to strengthen chamber floor is proposed in this paper. Numerical simulation and field experiment show that the stability of chamber floor is improved and the floor heaver of the soft rock chamber is effectively controlled with this scheme.
