摘要： 新郑精煤公司存在带煤量小，产品水分偏高，溜槽易堵等问题。通过对煤泥水系统的改造，改进溜槽和生产管道结构，改造脱水设备，更换清扫器，加强设备管理、优化设备工艺参数等措施使选煤厂生产系统逐步稳定，产品质量满足市场要求,为企业创造了巨大的经济效益。

Abstract: Xinzheng Coal Company exists with a small amount of One hour of coal washing, the product of high moisture content, discharge chute blocking problems. Based on the reformation of coal slurry water system, improvement of chute and production pipeline structure, dewatering equipment, replacing the sweeper, and strengthen the management of equipment, optimize equipment parameters and other measures to make the production system of coal preparation plant gradually stable, the quality of products to meet the market requirements. At the same time, creating a huge economic benefits.
