Abstract: Ordinary concrete sprayed layer had the disadvantages of low strength and poor ductility, and it was difficult to couple with the bolt support for jointly maintaining the stability of soft rock roadway. Therefore, the material ratio test was carried out based on the ordinary sprayed material. The optimum conditions were as follows: the cement-sand ratio, the content of polymer powder, the content of polypropylene fiber, the content of organic emulsion, the mechanical properties of the flexible spray layer were improved, and the ratio of the soft sprayed material was determined as follows: cement-sand ratio of 1/2, 5044n powder content of 1.5%, PP fiber content of 0.15%, PS emulsion is 20%. Under the same strength and equivalent force, the thickness of the flexible spray layer was only 1/20-1/10 of the ordinary concrete spray layer, which reduced the thickness of the roadway and the cost of roadway construction and support.
