Development and application of explosion-proof and intrinsically safe main control box for mine lithium ion battery trackless rubber tire vehicle

Abstract: Developed a flameproof and intrinsically safe main control box for mine pure electric trackless rubber tire vehicles. The electrical system hardware design and software design of the main control box ensure that the main control box has perfect functions, small weight, low failure rate and convenient post-maintenance; and quality inspection is carried out in various ways to ensure the function and conformity of the main control box. National safety standards are required. At present, the main control box has been successfully used in the WLR-19 mine explosion-proof lithium ion battery trackless rubber wheel vehicle, the vehicle performance is stable, and the design goal is achieved.
