Research on Modular Design of Silent Sliding Form Rigid Platform

Abstract: Abstract:During the construction of large-diameter silo sliding form, due to the large load on the top of the silo, the construction of the silo roof structure needs to be poured several times. The sliding formwork platform needs to be set up with a temporary vertical center frame and diagonal stays to improve its carrying capacity. To solve the problems caused by such measures, such as high cost and long construction period, this paper proposes a new modular rigid sliding mode platform. The platform system is simple in form and clear in force transmission path. It not only gets rid of the vertical center frame, but also solves it. The low rigidity of the traditional rigid sliding mode platform causes the platform to be idle, which shortens the construction period and saves costs. The finite element software SAP2000 and ABAQUS are used to check the bearing capacity of the whole and the most unfavorable splicing nodes of different diameter rigid sliding mode platforms. The results show that the modular rigid sliding mode platform meets the bearing capacity requirements.
