Abstract: The second substation at the level of -320m in Pingmei No.10 Mine is located in sandy mudstone. Affected by the behavior of rock pressure, the floor and two sides of the roadway had large deformations and the traditional support could not control the deformation efficiently. It was so necessary to repair the roadway with high-strength integrated bolt-grouting supporting technology. The deformation and damage characteristics of rock was analyzed by observing the fractured zone at various depths with borehole camera, and the reason of large deformation and difficulty of supporting was obtained. By numerical modelling, the primary support and the integrated bolt-grouting supporting were compared and analyzed with the result of that the integrated bolt-grouting supporting can control the roadway deformation effectually. The field application showed that the roadway would be stabilized in a short time with the integrated bolt-grouting supporting, and the deformation was controlled completely. This indicated that this method had obvious technical effects on controlling the deformation of soft rock roadway.
