Abstract: In order to make the shaft sinking of coal mine with vertical shaft drilling method pass through the loose water bearing sand layer smoothly, combined with the geological characteristics of the loose water bearing sand layer in the central air shaft area of hokegai coal mine, a technical scheme of pile foundation curtain pre reinforcement treatment for the shaft is put forward. Through the implementation comparison of two pile foundation curtain reinforcement schemes of concrete bite pile and MJS jet grouting pile, it is determined that MJS jet grouting pile can be implemented smoothly under the geological conditions of loose water bearing sand layer. Through the establishment of finite element model and theoretical calculation, the reasonable construction parameters of MJS jet grouting curtain pile are determined. The results show that MJS rotary jet grouting curtain pile forms a curtain plus solid with qualified strength around the loose layer of the shaft. In the actual construction, it ensures that the shaft sinking of the coal mine shaft can smoothly pass through the loose water bearing sand layer. Its construction technology can provide a reference for the shaft construction of the coal mine shaft under similar conditions.
