Abstract: In view of the relatively harsh working environment (high greenhouse) in domestic coal testing laboratories, low efficiency of assaying instruments, high labor intensity, easy human error due to manual transcription of reports, and economic disputes caused by buyers and sellers disagreeing with each other's assay results due to factors that may affect the assay results, based on the national standard "GBT 212-2008 Industrial Analysis Method of Coal" and GB/T 30732-2014 Industrial Analysis Method of Coal Instrumentation Method", using the Internet of Things technology, industrial robotics technology, non-standard mechanical automation technology with the coal industry standard assay instruments, the design and development of intelligent coal sample industrial analysis and assay system, the use of industrial robotics system, design and development of test auxiliary equipment and automated machinery directly or indirectly simulate the assay operation process of the assay personnel, so as to complete the industrial analysis and assay indexes of the human factors, so that the buyer and seller agree on the economic disputes. The system uses industrial robotic system, test auxiliary equipment and automated machinery to directly or indirectly simulate the operation process of laboratory personnel, thus completing the automatic measurement of industrial analysis and laboratory indexes, and calculating and outputting report results by laboratory management system. The whole test process does not require direct manual operation, which saves the cost of enterprises, ensures the accuracy and fairness of the test results, and improves the technological level and comprehensive strength of enterprises.
