Abstract:

In response to the problem of strong rock pressure during the full thickness mining of the irregular working face with high mining height near the fault zone, this paper takes the mining period of the 7447 irregular working face in a certain mine in Shandong as the research object. Through on-site investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and rock pressure observation, the characteristics of overlying rock fracture and its induced mechanism during the mining period of the 7447 irregular working face were studied. The results show that during the mining period of the 7447 irregular working face, the roadway with a wide working face section is more prone to damage than the narrow working face section under static load, and the transportation roadway near the fault zone is more prone to deformation and damage compared to the track roadway; The height of overlying rock fracture during mining is mainly controlled by the width of the working face. When the width of the working face is larger and the filling degree of the goaf is poor, it is easy to form a trapezoidal structure with a larger damage height above the goaf; When the width of the working face is large, the high level rock layers that did not break when the width of the working face was small also begin to break. The height of the trapezoidal body increases, the thickness of the loading layer increases, and the compressive strength of the working face increases. The variation of on-site support working resistance with advancing distance further reveals the mechanism of mining induced erosion in irregular working faces, and corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed from the perspectives of weakening the combination of dynamic and static loads and strengthening the control of tunnel surrounding rock system.
