The Application of Hydraulic Slipform Trolley in the Rapid Construction of Soft Rock Shaft

Abstract:

According to the unfavorable conditions in the Shajihai coal mine of Xinjiang region that the cross-section of inclined shaft is large,the loose and weak surrounding rock is swelling,mud after soaking in water,and ordinary construction method is difficult to apply. Based on the existing wellbore pouring equipment and process, combined with the actual conditions, the new hydraulic slipform trolley is designed and produced. Through the new device and its matching technology, fast and safe construction of soft-rock inclined shaft is realized. The problem of fast road-made for loose and swelling composite soft rock in Xinjiang region is successfully solved.Some practical experience is accumulated for the construction of the soft rock inclined shaft under similar conditions, which has a wide application value.
