Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of fully mechanized mining equipment installation of inclined longwall face with large mining height and large inclined angle, the Liuzhuang Coal Mine disposes assembly chamber at the top of tail entry, which can create condition for use only a no terminal rope winch to satisfy auxiliary transportation. It improves transportation efficiency and realizes safe, economic and fast installation in inclined longwall face with large mining height and large inclined angle, this method only spend 42d for installation a 350m super-long and large mining height working face. It has great significance for fast installation with similarity condition.
