Abstract: The article provides guidelines for enhancing the overall performance of coal-washery by defining key concepts, e.g. building facade, expansion joint of belt corridor, building windowsill, roof lighting, floor drain and steel ladder to upstairs which tend to be easily overlooked in the process .Furthermore, it also indicates a detailed account of the pros and the cons of multiple design practices in the field of industrial construction project and provides optimized design in a way to promote precise design of industrial architecture and deliver a premium user experience.
