Optimization of Braking Force Distribution Ratio of Trackless Tyred Vehicle Considering Slope

Abstract: Abstract: To improve the braking performance of trackless tyred vehicles in inclined lane transportation, the impact of hillside braking on braking function were analyzed based on the mechanical models of hillside braking. Taking into account the actual operating frequencies of different road conditions, including in straight, uphill and downhill, this paper proposed an optimization designing method of braking force distribution ratio to obtain a satisfactory braking distance and stability, then a simulating calculation of a trackless tyred vehicle is taken as an example. This study can be used for reference in the braking system design of trackless tyred vehicles.
