Abstract: To improve the braking performance of trackless tyred vehicles in inclined lane transportation, the impact of hillside braking on braking function were analyzed based on the mechanical models of hillside braking. Taking into account the actual operating frequencies of different road conditions, including in straight, uphill and downhill, this paper proposed an optimization designing method of braking force distribution ratio to obtain a satisfactory braking distance and stability, then a simulating calculation of a trackless tyred vehicle is taken as an example. This study can be used for reference in the braking system design of trackless tyred vehicles.

Focus on the problem of pressure pendulum in the process of steering for a full hydraulic steering system of an articulated rubber-tired vehicle, an optimization design of articulated steering mechanism is carried out based on particle swarm optimization, which aim at deduce the maximum pressure of the steering cylinder as well as the max stroke difference between the left and right steering cylinders. The simulation result before and after optimization is compared with based on the mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation model of the full hydraulic steering system for the articulated rubber-tired vehicle which is establish based on AMESim and ADAMS. Simulation result shows that for the optimized steering system the maximum pressure is deduced by 18.68%, the amplitude of the vibration is deduced by 19.41%. The optimization effect is obvious, which can be used as a reference for solving the problem of pressure pendulum for a full hydraulic steering system of an articulated rubber-tired vehicle.

As an important rock-burst prevention measure, stress relief blasting has been used in mine rock-burst widely, based on the numerical simulation method, we established the calculation model of nonlinear dynamic of 5303 track trough, by using FLAC3D nonlinear dynamic module and Mohr-Coulomb elastoplastic constitutive equations, to study the stress concentration and the stress relief effect of blasting on high-stress area near coal pillar. The results show that: the closer the coal pillar boundary region, high stress concentration phenomenon is more obvious in roadway; the dynamic simulation display vertical stress peak on blasting area of model was significantly reduced, the high stress area was transferred to the deep coal; we monitor stress reduction is more than 65% by blasting in 5303 track trough field.

For the problem about 310 rail roadway deformation in Xinzhi coal mine of Huozhou coal power group, the method of combining similar material model experiment and theoretical analysis was used to deeply study on the mechanism of weak surrounding rock roadway deformation, and weak surrounding rock roadway deformation and failure rules were revealed, then a combination supporting scheme of “anchor rod, anchor rope, metal mesh, anchor and sprayed concrete” was put forward, and which was well verified by industrial field test. The research results showed that the principal causes of whole section deformation for weak surrounding rock roadway were factors that the roadway surrounding rock lithology, mining pressure and water conditioning. At the same time, deformation of weak surrounding rock roadway under the load condition mainly was creep deformation, and self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock was greatly improved by the combined support of “anchor rod, anchor rope, metal mesh, anchor and sprayed concrete”, and the deformation of weak surrounding rock roadway was effectively controlled, which provided technical support for the mine safety and efficient production.

For further research on filling face influence scope, we use some methods, such as theoretical analysis, physical simulation combine with field measurement, to analysis it based on the first coalface face in Xima coal mine. According to the result of theoretical analysis, we could find the scope of influence of overlying strata above the filling face get smaller. And according to the transfer rock and beam hypothesis, we could get a conclusion that the influence scope will decrease. According to the result of physical simulation combine with field measurement, it shows that the influence scope in front of the working face is 18m, the influence scope behind the working face is about 22m ~ 24m. It’s influence scope much smaller than caving mining. The conclusion of theoretical analysis is verified.

In order to evaluate the risk of water disaster from coal seam roof quantitative. 11 indexs were selected from 4 aspects of hydrogeological, sedimentary and tectonic conditions and water drainage measure. Evaluation index system of water disaster from coal seam roof and evaluation standard of risk were established. AHP method was used to determine the weight vector of each evaluation index. Take the first working face of certain coal mine in Ningdong mine area, TOPSIS method was used to analyze close degree and water disaster risk level of working face was calculated. The analysis result was consistent with the actual situation. The influence factors of water disaster from coal seam roof are considered based on evaluation index system and AHP-TOPSIS method, the limitation of single factor is avoided and the weight of index is objective. The evaluation result is scientific and can be a reference for safety evaluation befroe working face mining.

Abstract: It is affirmed that the face was below water bodies which is belong to case-II waters, and the main water sources were roof sandstone fissure water and the lower segment of the middle aquifer based on the analysis on the construction of cenozoic alluvium and it’s permeability. By applying the similar simulation method, the mining rock movement and failure rule and development characteristics of the "two zones" were researched after extending the upper limit of 1202 (1) face, and the height of the "two zones" was calculated by using the formula. The researches show that the fracture in the bedrock was dominated by the delamination fracture and breaking fracture, and its conductivity was stronger; the fracture in the loose layer was affected by the mechanical conditions of the rock strata, and its development was inhibited after extending the upper limit of 1202 (1) face. The maximum expected value of the fracture zone was 52.78m, and the minimum height of the coal-rock waterproof pillar was highly qualified for safe mining. It was safe and feasible to extend the mining upper limit to -390m level and the stagnant coal which was liberated was 35000t.

To solve the support difficult and poor roof integrity problem of a gateway in close distance shallow seams, based on the engineering background of 20314auxiliary transport roadway of Gaojialiang mining mine,firstly,according to the different distance between the seam gateway to the upper mining goaf and the seam gateway location, 20314auxiliary transport roadway can be divided into three zones, they are zone of a distance of 3.2~4m,zone of a distance of over 4m and zone that located under the pillar, the paper provided different support technology because of different zone, when the top of the roof was goaf with a distance less than 4m, anchor net belt with anchor cable was applied as the first support and the steel shed applied as the second combined support of the roof; when the top of the roof was coal pillar, two-side supporting strength need to be improved.Then, supporting effects of different support technology have been validated by FLAC3D,and field tests were carried out in 20314 auxiliary transport roadway. The results showed that the maximum subsidence of roof is 48mm,and the maximum distance between two-side is 93mm, the bolt and anchor loading was stable, no roof and side fall accident and occurred supporting results was good.

In order to define the effect of surfactants on the desorption characteristics of coal gas, the effects of Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate (SDBS) and Coconutt Diethanol Amide (CDEA) at different concentrations on surface tension and contact angle were measured. The desulfurization and desorption rates of coal were measured by SDBS, CDEA and the combined conditions. The results show that the total amount of gas desorption increases with the increase of desorption time and finally stabilizes, and the two meet the Langmuir relation. The desorption rate decreases with the increase of desorption time and has a Power function relation.. With the increase of surfactant concentration, surface tension, contact angle, coal gas desorption quantity and desorption rate were decreased; the contact angle, surface tension and single surfactant concentration are in line with the power function; the amount of absorption, desorption velocity and single surfactant concentration gas solution is a negative linear correlation relationship with the surface; the activity of compound agent concentration is nonlinear.

The insufficient ultimate bearing capacity of foundation is an important factor for slope failure. In this paper, to research the influence of foundation thickness on ultimate bearing capacity of foundation, taking an open pit iron mine as engineering background, the theoretical formula of ultimate bearing capacity of foundation on considering foundation thickness have been established and verify it correctness by FLAC3D, The results show that this waste dump foundation failure mode is “located-sliding”, the relation between ultimate bearing capacity of foundation and weak foundation thickness is negative correlation. The dropping amplitude of ultimate bearing capacity of foundation decreases gradually with foundation thickness increasing. The calculation result error of ultimate bearing capacity of foundation between FLAC3D and the theoretical formula is about 3%.The results meet engineering requirements and also prove that the theoretical formula is correct. The research results can be used to calculate ultimate bearing capacity of foundation with different thickness.

Based on gas-bearing property of No.3 coal seams of Zhaozhuang Block in southern Qinshui Basin, the geological control factors such as petrography and quality, coal rank, buried depth, geologic structures, and hydrogeological conditions, which have influence on the gas-bearing property, were discussed in paper. The results showed that the gas contents decrease gradually from northwest to southeast, the Methane concentration have a big range, with relatively low gas saturation. On macroscopic view, the distribution of methane content have significantly positive correlation with the effective thickness of strata and shale content, gas content affected by secondary structure in regional, the groundwater condition of coal-bed has a seal which is beneficial to coalbed methane preservation, Only in the local structural belt the gas content reduced by hydraulic dissipation. On microscopic view, the gas content in coal-bed is mainly involved in volatile matter, ash content, and water content. Gas content and nitrogen content has a reciprocal relationship, gas content is generally lower in the high content of heavy hydrocarbon areas.

Five boreholes were selected in the Gujiao block, Xishan, Taiyuan as calibration wells to identify the coal structure, according to the geological setting of major mineable coal seams in the block, and the coal structures of 31 boreholes were identified due to the results of integrated natural gamma, density, resistivity, and acoustic log responses. The thickness proportion of the fragmented to mylonitic coals (Ⅲ-Ⅳ coals) for each borehole were calculated, and the degree of total grey correlation for the( Ⅲ-Ⅳcoals), to which the layer distributing factors were influenced, was calculated by Matlab software. Results indicate that the layer distributing factors mainly include the thickness and the dip of coal seams, and the thickness and number of intra-seam partings. Due to the regional variation of Ⅲ-Ⅳ coals, the distribution controlling factors were further discussed, and results indicate that the Ⅲ-Ⅳ coals are significantly developed in the syncline wings that are influenced by penetrative bedding shear stress, and have a distribution controlled by the pinching-out of NE oriented normal faults. The layer distribution and regional controlling factor of coal structures are internally related rather than isolated to each other.

In order to provide feasible solutions for the resource utilization of organic industrial wastewater, the paper summarizes the research advances on slurryability of coal water slurry made from various organic industrial wastewater. The conclusion is that the technology for preparing coal water slurry from organic industrial wastewater is simple and cheap, it can also make use of some components in wastewater to promote the slurryability of coal water slurry. Therefore it is a completely feasible new approach for the utilization of wastewater. However, there are some limitations due to the complex composition of organic industrial wastewater, and it is necessary to modify the wastewater to satisfy the requirements of production in practical application.

For a more objective and reasonable evaluation of BIM-based industrial construction management process of synergy,constructing a collaborative management process framework based on BIM and setting five synergy detection points to provide support for the measurement data which would be quantitatively processed by the covariance measure based on the D-S evidence theory. Firstly, on the basis of determining the evaluation index of the inspection point, the fuzzy trigonometric function and the whitening weight function are used to deal with the gray information at the detection point. Then, the data information of the different detection points is converted into the evaluation information under the unified identification frame. Finally, according to the importance of different evaluation information, the gray information of the coordination degree detection point is merged step by step with D-S evidence synthesis rule. Examples show that, this method can not only overcome the subjectivity of traditional evaluation methods, but also can solve the D-S conflict. It can ensure the accuracy of the fusion of the results of the integrated management of the management process, and the characterization of the effect of multi-party collaborative management based on BIM's industrial construction is more intuitive.
