Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high deployment cost, poor maintainability and poor redundancy and fault tolerance, a wireless sensor network communication station based on ZigBee protocol is designed for the existing industrial field cable monitoring system. The communication station receives the data collected by the wireless vibration sensor. The signal transmission between the sensor and the communication station is based on the ZigBee wireless transmission protocol. This solves the problems such as high deployment cost, poor maintainability and poor redundancy and fault tolerance in the wired monitoring system. In order to reduce the deformation of roadsides and roof of coal-rock roadway before mining and reduce maintenance engineering, the surrounding strata failure mechanism of roadway under the condition of unequal thickness compound roof and soft thick interlayer in ultra-close distance coal seam group, in Liliu mining area of Gaojiazhuang mine as the research object, using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement. The results show that the soft thick interlayer of coal seam and the unequal thickness compound roof is the main cause of large scale destruction of surrounding strata. And the strata structure in an unbalanced state of pressure is the nature of the reasons causing widespread damage to the surrounding strata roadway. Based on the above results, the unequal thickness compound roof cable active supporting technology is proposed, part of the soft thick interlayer of coal seam supporting and reinforcing supporting parameters are optimized. The engineering application shows that the roof had been effectively controlled, and the largest deformation of the roadsides of the soft thick interlayer could also be slowed down, the roadway deformation and maintenance inputs are controlled.

Aiming at the deformation and supporting failure of 500 level roadway in Caocun coal mine, the key factors that inducing roadway damage were analyzed, the instability mechanism of roadway surrounding rock and plastic zone evolution law were studied through the comprehensive methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement. The research results show that the influence of adjacent mining face plays a main role in the deformation and failure of the 500 level roadway. The plastic zone of the roadway changes from circular to oval under the influence of mining stress, and the plastic zone in two sides extends to the deep part. By the compression effect of high stress, the plastic zone in roof and floor shrinks. The scheme of "treating the bottom first rule sides" was put forward on this basis. After the implementation, rock fractured range has increased, but not beyond the anchorage range of bolt (cable) under the mining influence, the roadway surrounding rock deformation is effective controlled.

The quiddity and process of stratum broken in roof are analyzed by plate theory and the calculation method of height of water conducted zone of roof in stowing mining is established. Take Hongyang NO.4 Mine as research object and apply the calculation method, the calculated height of water conducted zone of 1326 working face is 8m. By measuring the broken condition of eyelet hole in stratum on site, it shows the measured height of water conducted zone is between 7.7m and 8.2m. The calculation result is proved to be reliable by measuring on site, and it can meet the accuracy demand of filed practice.

In order to study the mechanical effect of the fallen rock in the goaf when the gob-side entry retaining formed by roof cutting and pressure releasing, the rule of bulking and mechanical characteristics of the fallen rock in the goaf were studied by field measurements and theoretical analysis. According to different roof conditions, 4 kinds of field measurement methods for bulk factor were summarized, which are visual hierarchy direct measurement method, whole layer delimiting limit method, indirect measurement method of hard roof and calculation method by surrounding rock deformation. The relationship between mechanical characteristics of the fallen rock and the surrounding rock movement is established, and the actual measurements indicate that the size of waste rock has a great influence on the initial bulk factor, but the residual bulk factor is basically stable at 1.26, so the composite roof has a large amount of sink after gob-side entry remaining was completed. and the stability time of fallen rock increases with the increase of the buried depth. Large fallen rock have an obvious impact on the gangue retaining, and the small fallen rock is characterized by flow deformation during compression. The force model after the stability of the fallen rock was established, and the lateral stress of the gangue to the gangue support and the supporting force of the roof were analyzed and calculated. It is proved that the law of the fallen rock has a important influence on the stability of the roof .

Pre-pumping gas drainage by crossing holes as the regional outburst prevention measures widely taken in coal mines and sealing quality is the key factor to ensure gas drainage effect. Experiment was conducted in order to investigate the different sealing technology on gas drainage effect of crossing holes. The test and application results show that the grouting sealing technology relative polyurethane sealing technology coal hole gas drainage pure volume per 100 meters increased by an average of 0.0068m3/min to 0.0423m3/min and increased 6.22 times. Extraction concentration increased by an average of 3.39% to 16.12% and increased 4.75 times. Gas drainage pure volume increased from an average of 0.0334m3/min to 0.0486m3/min and increased 1.45 times. Grouting sealing technology can be more effective in the extraction of coal seam gas drainage and shorten the time of outburst elimination and pumping standard.

For the coordination of multiple working mechanism of the mine roadway repair machine and the improvement of the work efficiency and reliability of the whole machine, the schematic diagram of LUDV hydraulic system in working mechanism for the mine roadway repair machine was designed and developed, a simplified model was established and simulated with the help of AMESim software, the LUDV hydraulic system was tested and analyzed during the test and ground tests, the results showed that when the variable displacement pump was in saturation condition, the boom cylinder and the cylinder flow were 46.5L/min and 54.7L/min, independent of each other, do not affect each other. In order to find out the damage mechanism of cement slurry in the process of cementing. Hydraulic support is an indispensable equipment for fully mechanized coal face. At present, the hydraulic support is made of welded high-strength steel plate. How to determine the value of welding residual stress effectively is very important because of the residual stress after welding. In this paper, the ZF5600/16.5/26 type hydraulic support was taken as the analysis object and the key bearing structure was analyzed. Through the simulation of the convection load, the stress results after cooling were obtained.Through the simulation of the convection load, the results of cooling stress are obtained. The X ray method was used to measure the actual data of the ZF5600/16.5/26 hydraulic support and the residual stress was tested and analyzed according to the simulation model. The results showed that the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results and the simulation and experimental analysis of the residual stress of the key parts of the hydraulic support was feasible.

In order to obtain the process parameters of the underground anthracite gasification, the underground gasification model test of Heshun anthracite was carried out. The changes of gas effective components, temperature field and roof stress field were studied. The results show that with the increase of oxygen concentration, the effective component content in the gas, the calorific value, the ratio of the gas production to the flow of gasifying agente, the efficiency of the cold gas increase, and the yield of gas decreases. When the concentration of oxygen is greater than 80%, the effective gas content is greater than 60%, the cold gas efficiency is over 65%, and the oxygen concentration of 80% is the reasonable oxygen concentration of anthracite underground gasification. The rate ratio of horizontal and vertical expansion of gasification face is (1.19~1.31): 1. The stress concentration of the roof rock in the direction of the channel increases with the gasification face, and the stress concentration factor is from 1.2 to 1.5.

Taking coal sample of BaiLu for object , the use of traditional coal water slurry preparation and mixing sludge in preparation of coal water slurry into the slurry test method respectively. Study found that, in certain amount of additives, coal water slurry using two kinds of pulping process can be obtained the concentration is greater than 58%, the viscosity is less than 1200 mPa ? s. In the same pulping conditions, blending with better stability of coal water slurry oil sludge produced, 7 days of water rate less than7%, no hard precipitate. The fault feature extraction method of ensemble empirical mode decomposition is analyzed, and the application of RBF neural network in fault diagnosis is introduced. The research experiment is carried out in the fault simulation test-bed, and the gear vibration diagnosis method based on EEMD and RBF neural network is validated by collecting the vibration signals of the gear. The result shows that increasing the initial force can significantly reduce the amount of compression; with the increasing of mining height, the amount of compression increases,especially to the support type selection of the large mining height face,the relationship between the mining height and compression amount of support should be taken into consideration;the compression amount of support with single telescopic column with mechanical extension rod column is less than support with single telescopic column support and double telescopic column,after mechanical extension rod extended, the compression will no longer increase;, the compression amount of four-leg supports is less than that of two-leg support.

Vertical shaft drill is one of the key equipment in vertical shaft construction. Currently the positioning of the drill hole must be adjusted manually, which has a low degree of automation. The hydraulic system of traditional drill is improved, and closed loop control of two hydraulic cylinders is carried out by using PID control algorithm. The PID parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm, and the single arm control system is simulated with step signals. The result shows that the system is promoted in rapidity and stability. The virtual prototype model of vertical shaft drill is created in the dynamic simulation software; the changing load and the displacement of the piston rod during the process of the position varying are obtained in the drill model. Changing load is applied to the hydraulic system simulation model to obtain displacement of piston rod. Compared with the actual value, the results show that the position control system of the hydraulic cylinder keeps high accuracy under the condition of changing load.
