Abstract: Fully mechanized coal face are usually designed as the shape of rectangular rectangle ,and the drift and open-off cut are vertical which makes the resources behind the open-off cut can not be mined using the fully mechanized mining method. In order to avoid the waste of resources, to further improve the resource recovery rate and reduce production costs, we take the Slope adjustment design of open-off cut, to maximize the cutting edge of the rear corner of the comprehensive utilization of resources. Some special design should be used when designing the slope adjustment of open-off cut and some special Process should be taken to adjust the face the Beginning Mining of Fully Mechanized Working Face. In this paper, Open-off Cut Oblique Design and Process of Leveling at the Beginning Mining of Fully Mechanized Working Face is introductested.
