Abstract: Taking the middle six entry excavating across the F2 faults in Renlou Mine as the background and using FLAC3D finite difference program, this paper has studied the distribution law of stress field under fault structure and deformation characteristics of roadway in different position. Roof was focused on footwall, and ribs were focused on hanging wall, and counter-arched floor was used, which were presented as a support method. The results showed that obvious vertical stress-concentrated areas exist near F2 fault zones. The influence of fault structure on the roadway is 10~20 m and the reinforced supporting range is 60 m around F2 fault zones. Surrounding rock deformation of the entry above F2 fault is larger than the one below it and two faults do not affect each other under the current geological conditions.
