Abstract: The numerical analysis of the aerodynamic noise of the axial fan impeller of FBD series and rated power 55KW was carried out. The numerical simulation was carried out by using LES and FW-H acoustic models to obtain the axial flow fan impeller Rotation area of the calculated point of the noise spectrum. The aerodynamic noise of the first stage impeller of the FBD mining axial fan was found to be mainly composed of the rotational noise caused by the rotation of the blades. The turbulent turbulence at the second stage impeller caused obvious turbulent noise, Aerodynamic noise is mainly composed of rotational noise and vortex noise. From root to tip, the aerodynamic noise first increases and then decreases. For the first stage impeller, the leading edge noise is slightly larger than the trailing edge noise; the trailing edge noise of the second stage impeller is slightly larger than the leading edge.
