Abstract:

In view of the problems of serious destruction of side support and large deformation at the side of gob side entry retained by roof cutting, the structural model of surrounding rock of gob side entry retained by roof cutting is established, and the movement characteristics of roof strata and the stress process of side entry support are theoretically analyzed. Combined with the engineering practice, the rigid flexible combined support technology and process flow at the side of roadway are proposed, and the following conclusions are drawn: Based on the principle of roof cutting and roadway retaining technology, the movement process of roof strata is divided into rapid collapse stage Bending subsidence stage and compaction stability stage; In different stages of migration, the roadway side support body experiences dynamic impact, longitudinal compression and lateral compression respectively; According to the analysis of the roof movement law and the stress characteristics of the support, it is required that the roadway side support should have the ability of instantaneous impact resistance, longitudinal shrinkage and lateral compression resistance at the same time; By laying steel wire rope + metal mesh on the hydraulic support of the mining face, and setting retractable U-shaped steel + reinforcement mesh behind the support, a rigid flexible combined support body is formed, which can effectively reduce the deformation and damage of the roadway side support body.
