Abstract:

In order to reasonably determine the control of surrounding rock and drilling and blasting parameters along the thin coal seam under the hard roof, a mine in Shandong 21602 working face haulage lane was taken as the engineering background, and the surrounding rock structure evolution of the lane was considered, the lane was divided into four stages, and the corresponding lane surrounding rock support scheme was given; numerical simulation and field measurement were used to study the key parameters of the top-cutting along the lane in depth. The results show that: the reasonable drilling and blasting height is 4.5 m, and the angle of top cutting is 70°; after blasting, the accumulated deformation of the top plate is 118 mm, the accumulated deformation of the bottom plate is 344 mm, and the accumulated deformation of the solid coal side is 402 mm, which can meet the requirements of the later use of the stay lane. The relevant research results have been applied in the field at 21602 working face, which provides a reference for the implementation of stay-along lane under the same conditions.
