Abstract:

To improve the efficiency of moist fine coal sorting and classification, a one-factor test of vibration intensity and air velocity was carried out on moist fine coal in a compound dry separator to obtain the optimal parameters, and the separating effect of raw coal with different moisture in different separating time was explored, while the influence of airflow on the separating process of moist fine coal was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of separating time, the separating effect is obviously improved, and the maximum ash segregation degree can be up to 12.05. the test coal samples reach the best separation effect at the air velocity of 0.78 m/s, the vibration frequency of 25 Hz, and the amplitude of 3 mm, and the separated products have good dewatering effect at this condition, and the dewatering effect of the concentrate coal is better. In this case, the possible deviation E=0.135 g/cm3, And the separated products have good dewatering effect under this condition, and the composite dry sorting can realize the quality enhancement of moist coal. This study can provide theoretical and technical support for the dry sorting process of fine coal.
