Abstract:

The mining of close distance coal seam group leads to the occurrence of coal pillar group working conditions and makes its stress characteristics more complicated, which leads to the danger of mine production safety. In order to study the reasonable stagger distance of close distance coal pillar group, taking 8# and 11# coal seams of a mine in Shanxi as the research background, the mechanical calculation model of reasonable stagger distance of coal pillar group was constructed by theoretical calculation method. The reasonable stagger distance of section coal pillar was studied by means of numerical simulation, and the scientific rationality of the research was verified by field application. The research shows that the stress disturbance area of the coal pillar group can be divided into three areas : stress concentration area, stress disturbance area and stress superposition area. The stress distribution range is affected by the stress transfer angle of the coal pillar , the interlayer spacing H and the width L of the upper coal pillar, and has a linear relationship with H and a trigonometric function relationship with the stress transfer angle of the coal pillar. The interlayer spacing H has the greatest influence on the SL value. By numerical simulation and theoretical calculation, the reasonable staggered length of section coal pillar should be greater than 40 m, and YHY30 intrinsically safe borehole stress meter is used to monitor the field application. The monitoring data is similar to the theoretical analysis results, which verifies the accuracy of this study. At the same time, it provides a calculation model and solution for the reasonable staggered distance of section coal pillar under similar working conditions.
