Research and application of slotting-fracturing integrated technology for deep large-deformation roadways

Abstract:

In order to control the large deformation of deep roadway, this paper uses Fluent and UDEC to simulate and analyze the effect of abrasive jet and the effect of slotting-fracturing integrated roof cutting and pressure relief, and carries out field experiments. The results show that under the conditions of incident pressure of 20 MPa, 30 MPa, 40 MPa and particle diameter of 0.425 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.85 mm, with the increase of incident pressure and abrasive particle diameter, the effect of abrasive jet slotting is improved, and the influence of incident pressure is more significant. The simulation results of slotting-fracturing integration show that the abutment stress in the isolated coal pillar and the damage zone around the roadway are reduced. The field test results show that the displacement of 8003 roadway is reduced by more than 50 %, so the slotting-fracturing integration has a good effect.
