Abstract: According to the difficulty problems of deformation and destruction of the return wind development roadway with broken surrounding rock and deep mining at damoling coal mine of xinmi city, and the reasons for the deformation and destruction and the regularity of mine pressure for this development roadway is analyzed, and the secondary joint support scheme for unsymmetrical "anchor cable shotconcrete" is adopted after combined with the theoretical analysis and the test of practice. This paper departures from the mining practice, and the diameter of a support bolt is 22mm, the length is 3000mm, and the distance between the upper and the shoulder pole is 650*750mm, 750*750mm, and the distance between the two bolts of the roadway is 750*750mm, and the secondary support mode for the "anchor cable and w steel belt" to strengthen the support is adopted. It can be seen that the optimized design scheme has better application effect from the industrial experiment on site,which the deformation of the surrounding rock of the backwind alley is basically stable after 17~49d, and the average deformation velocity is about 1mm/d.
