Research on Maintenance Decision Optimization of Coal Mine Fully Mechanized Mining Equipment Based on Genetic Algorithm

Abstract: :In order to reduce the maintenance risk and maintenance cost of coal enterprises, this paper proposes a multi-objective decision-making optimization model considering coal mine maintenance safety and maintenance cost. Firstly, the Weibull distribution is used to simulate the deterioration trend of each equipment, and then the equipment maintenance and management are Influencing factors Establish an unsafe coupling model for coal mine equipment maintenance, and establish a minimum maintenance cost model with the goal of minimum maintenance cost and minimum downtime loss. Finally, the improved genetic algorithm of crossover operator POX based on maintenance sequence coding is used to solve the maintenance scheduling of coal mine comprehensive mining equipment group. The results show that the target function value of the first maintenance and dispatching is reduced by 30.68%, and the maintenance of three working faces is completed. The cost rate has been reduced by 40.52%. Therefore, this method can develop a reasonable scheduling decision plan for coal enterprises, reduce the maintenance cost of coal mine enterprises, and improve the safety performance of coal mine equipment operation.
