Abstract: Aiming at the current situation of low transportation efficiency and poor safety of the orbital auxiliary transportation system of large inclined angle inclined shaft coal mine, the Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Inclined Coal Mine with a dip angle 23° was studied. The transportation, material transportation and fully mechanized equipment transportation were carried out by means of overhead passenger, rail and trackless transportation. The process of entering and exiting the rubber wheel, the rail and railless reloading, the design features of the main models and the vehicle configuration are discussed. The results show that after the trackless rubber tire car, the time from the downhole loading station to the working surface of Wangpo coal industry personnel is shortened from 60min to 20min; the daily transportation volume of materials increased from 120t to 480t; the time for moving the fully mechanized mining face to be moved from 90d to 30d; the auxiliary facilities in the rail transportation system are avoided, and the mechanical safety hazard is reduced. The track-assisted transportation mode of the large inclined angle inclined shaft coal mine will be changed and designed. According to the materials and equipment types of each mine, the suitable trackless rubber wheel vehicles will be selected to form a unique transportation process.
