Abstract: Based on the present situation analysis of coal enterprises low-carbon development of the water pollution control, air pollution control, solid waste pollution control and subsidence and holilock management, the questions existing in coal enterprises low-carbon development are dug out. On account of low-carbon development concept, train of thought about low-carbon development in coal enterprises is defined, and the low-carbon development paths in coal industry, power industry and coal chemical industry are received.
