Study on turning methods between adjacent cuts in surface coal mines

Abstract: Turning methods between adjacent cuts in surface coal mines is analyzed in flat terrain shallow dip coal beds and with three turning modes of two-90°, sector, and re-digging boxcut are proposed. It is recommended that the sector turning method be given priority. When the re-digging boxcut turning must be developed, the boxcut digging reversed directly from the previous cut end wall is better than from the original place the previous cut begun, and the rehandle, internal spoil void volume and the boxcut volume are calculated with different end wall slope, cutting depth and working line length between those different place boxcuts. Abstract: The overburden failure of fully mechanized sub-level caving for extremely thick coal seam has its particularity, and needs systemic and deeply researches. Based on mine and terrain condition of Chenjiagou coal mine in Huating mine area, choosing the device that is underground, high pressure water in the upward slant deep drilling, interior permanent magnet gas transmission, double-ends plugging, and pressure balance leakage measuring. Testing the height of fractured zone of 3201、3202 face of Chenjiagou coal mine, the maximum ratio of the height of fractured zone to the mining height is 11.39. Combination with numerical simulation and surface fissure observation, the paper infers the calculation formula of the height of safety coal and rock pillars under water body, which is suitable for fully mechanized sub-level caving of extremely thick coal seam of Chenjiagou coal mine. The research results provide the reliable basis for safety mining under water body in Huating mine area.

Abstract: This article put forward the optimized triangle area for gas drainage/releasing hole design from the point of rock movement and deformation characteristics; and according to surface drainage hole of a mine in Huainan extraction data, analyzed the relationship between actual holes positions and the drainage effect, summarized actual optimized drainage hole position and compared with the best triangle put forward to analyze and check if the former design is correct. The design method can get the gas drainage area controlled by each releasing hole and its reasonable design density, so this method can support future drainage holes design and save drilling costs and increase gas extraction efficiency.

Abstract: In connection with the combine mining method in the Shigejie close coal mining conditions, by the theoretical calculation and analysis of the field data early, and determine a reasonable distance of the coal face dislocation ultimately. To propose the issues of the reasonable dislocation enactment in close seam have the important theoretical and practical significance. Studies show that the rational exploitation of dislocation setting: 1) according to geological and the mine physical and mechanical properties initialize the dislocation with the existing coal mining theory; 2) combined with the field measurement of stress distribution between layers determine a reasonable distance between the up and down coal face ultimately.

Abstract: Serious floor heave had occurred of the west track roadway in Tingnan Coal Mine. The maximum value of floor heave arrived to 50 cm, which impacted the normal application of roadway severely. The article involved engineering geology and soft rock engineering mechanics etc, employed the ways of study on engineering geomechanics, laboratory testing, and deeply researched the deformation mechanism and generating process of floor heave, it shows clearly that the major influencing factor that led to floor heave is the horizontal extrusion stress, then floor surrounding rock with high content of swelling clay minerals and soaking effect on floor rock, so the deformation mechanism is compound type of floor heave caused by the combined action of plastic extrusion and swelling. Aimed at the above-mentioned mechanism, provided the new support measures with inverted arch and floor bolt to control the floor heave. Project protice has shown good results of new supporting have been obtained with expected effects, and controlled the floor heave effectively.

Abstract:In order to overcome support problems of the disrepair pit bottom in Panyi Coal Mine East, based on the site observation data, the failure characteristics and reasons are analyzed, the scheme that cable anchor and U-steel arch yieldable support are applied to repair roadway by step is proposed in paper in this paper. Zhangji mine is high-methane mine, and the effusive load of methane in Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Working Face is large, and methane source is mainly goaf methane. By optimizing drainage parameters, No. 1111 working face was taken as the field for methane drainage through high-position hole. The field experiments in No.1111 working face being carried out are found that the drainage performance are improved and higher concentration methane and pumping flux can be realized after the application of high-position hole drainage, which greatly increase the pumping rate, and offered better solution for the problem of methane overload in fully mechanized coal mining working face. The pumping parameters can be introduced to the other similar mines, which is beneficial to safety production for high methane mines.

Abstract: As the ingate of Xinzhi coal mine mainly located in the area with mudstone and coal line, suffering from serious pouring water and affected by the excavation of nearby chambers, the large deformation and failure occurred. In order to repair the broken ingate, on the basis of the failure conditions of the ingate and the common technologies at home and abroad, the annular integration support technology with anchor cable is put forward. In the meantime, the overall repairing scheme which combines with sorts of technologies of grouting, the high pre-stressed anchor cable, the U shaped steel support, concreting reinforcement and the specific support parameters are determined by numerical simulation and engineering analogy method. Finally, the set of scheme is applied in this ingate and the good reinforcement results are achieved.

In order to clear about influence coal seam strength with rock burst prevention, this paper research the relation between coal II sample’s Uniaxial compressive strength and Impact energy index of Qianqiu mine by experiments. The results show that sample’s Uniaxial compressive strength and Impact energy index have significant linear relationship. Sample’s water immersion softening tests prove that coal’s Impact energy index will decrease with Uniaxial compressive strength’s reduce. Depress the strength of coal could reduce coal’s Impact orientation, so it will be effective measure for preventing rock burst.

This paper try to introduce TBM in deep roadway construction. Due to the contradiction between high stress and low intensity of the surrounding rock, nonlinear extrusion large deformation will easily happen after excavation, and TBM will be jammed easily. Classification of surrounding rocks is a fast and convenient way to analysis the risk of jamming, so that the engineers can forecast and judge the jamming state, reducing the loss. On the basis of bases on deep mine surrounding rock classification and the experience of QTBM model, considering the related parameters of squeezing deformation which influence jamming greatly, selecting four indexes—the rock uniaxial compressive strength, strength stress ratio, the integrity of the rock, rock hardness, the surrounding rock of deep roadway under the condition of TBM excavation is divided into Ⅰ(good), Ⅱ(good), Ⅲ(poor), Ⅳ(poor) four categories, each of which was described detaily. Finally the comparison relationship among the surrounding rock type, squeezing deformation levels and TBM jamming risk was established, according to which the jamming risk can be qualitative forecasted.

The gray correlation analysis is one effective tool for quantification comparing the important degree of each influence factor.Firstly, the principle of gray correlation analysis and the calculation of gray correlation matrix is introd-uced; Secondly, the blasting quality experiments were did in the one mine and one quarry of Nanning, the experimental datas is taked as the samples , and the primary and secondary order of factors that influence blasting block is workd out. The calculational results show that , the crude unalterable factors play a primary control role in blasting block,the crude unalterable factors are rock cranny,the subjective alterable factors play a secondary control role, the subjective alterable factors are dynamite unit consumption、hole distance、row distance. The blasting block can be controlled through controlling the subjective alterable factors, the large block rate decreased 4%~8% after adjusting the blasting parameters in mine, the effect is obviously,so the gray correlation analysis inaugurates a simple and effective approach for determining the important degree of each influence factors.

Abstract: In this paper, CO was chosen was research object. Quantum chemical methods were applied, based on density functional theory (DFT), basis set B3LYP/6-311 was selected to simulate different adsorption positions of CO on the coal surface and study the adsorption mechanism. The results showed that: CO could be adsorbed on the coal surface, in the form of physical adsorption, when CO was adsorbed on the carboxyl group, the adsorption energy released was about 151.174kJ/mol, suggesting strong adsorption function between CO and coal surface; however, when CO was adsorbed on other positions of coal surface, the adsorption energy released was negative, indicating that CO need to energy from environment nearby to help its adsorption, in other words, CO could be adsorbed on relatively oxidized coal surface or the coal surface near the high temperature area.

In order to understand the Effect of Coal Gangue Weathering on Coal Gangue Road Performance, three Kinds of Coal Gangue originating from Wuhai , Xuejiawan and Dongsheng areas and a common road aggregate as a comparatipn were sampled to test their stabilities, Consistence, Free Expansibility and Unconfined Compressive Strength under the artificial physical weathering and chemical weathering conditions as a road construction material in lab respectively. The results showed that the stabilities of Wuhai coal gangue was higher than that in others after the physical weathering and chemical weathering. The road performance such as Consistence, Free Expansibility and Unconfined Compressive Strength of weathered Xuejiawan and Dongsheng coal gangue could not meet the road requirement, while the Wuhai coal gangue and road aggregate were meet the road requirement.

Abstract:A new micro-emulsion floatation collector with a compound of diesel oil,surfactant,alcohol and water in a certain ratio was applied to the research on the floatation test with Shanxi Xiqu lean coal sample. The result showed that the micro-emulsion was excellent in performance,good in reliability and high in selection. Compared with diesel oil, when the micro-emulsion was used as collector, based on the clean coal ash keeping no changing,the clean coal production rate could be increased by 4~9%. As a result, the new agent improved floatation effectiveness, increased floatation performance and saved dosage of diesel oil.

Abstract:The resistance to sulfate attack of the shrinkage-compensating steel fiber reinforced shotcrete with mine under different erosion age were studied in this paper. The results showed that the dosage 8% of expansive agent and 1.2% of steel fiber volume were best. Erosion in the sulfate solution 100d, the compressive strength and tensile strength were increased by 36.2%, 4.52% relative to the reference concrete without erosion; the compressive strength and tensile strength of erosion 200d decreased by 2.16%, 2.08% relative to 100d erosion. In the early erosion period, SO42- in erosion solution not only didn’t reduce the concrete strength, but also greatly increased its strength, the strength was relatively decline while erosion 200d with a modest rate, SO42- could effectively slow down the decline in strength to some extent.

Abstract: Based on pull- rock breaking model with conical pick, theoretical formulas of alloyed head’s length and the optimal distance between centres for an array of picks were derived. Considering frictional resistance and rock property, theoretical formula of cutting force was derived. First, the system framework was designed and build a handware platform base on PDA to monitor data , CF data acquisition card was used to collect vibration signal. Then reasonable data collecting and browsing information flow in PDA monitoring module was respectively introduced in this paper. at last ,a key techniques,dynamic link library in monitoring module base on PDA was deeply studied and using DLL technology to achieve information interaction between the different platforms.

Based on the present situation analysis of coal enterprises low-carbon development of the water pollution control, air pollution control, solid waste pollution control and subsidence and holilock management, the questions existing in coal enterprises low-carbon development are dug out. On account of low-carbon development concept, train of thought about low-carbon development in coal enterprises is defined, and the low-carbon development paths in coal industry, power industry and coal chemical industry are received.

Abstract: This paper is meant to analyze the merits and demerits of the two ways in which Party B voluntarily purchases all the tangible materials and Party A supplies all the materials. It argues that the latter really plays a very positive role in inhibiting the chain debts, improving project quality, and enhancing the promotion of the bulding material industry. The paper discusses such defects as the separation of the technology and the economics in the existing valuation model, the separation of the profit range and conduct, and the inappropriate price reflection of the project’s actual value, and it also makes bold exploration of the valuation model based on Party A’s supply of all the tangible materials, proposing an increase of the administrative expense weight, a close relation of the profit range to the actual administrative level, and an addition of Billing module of the “technical assistance expense”. By adjusting the valuation conponents in building work, this paper aims at leading the enterprises to pay more attention to administration, to actively apply the new technologies, to gradually improve the overall level of the building industry, and to finally advance the promotion of the building material industry.
