Dirt exclusion system is one of the main factors influencing the rock drivage speed. Based on the problems of huge dirt and paced exclusion during the rock drivage in +900 level in Dianping coal mine, an impeccable dirt exclusion system was formed through formulating reasonable dirt exclusion path, designing belt interlocking device and tramcar lap facilities. The results shown that, great application effect was obtained in practice.

The auxiliary shaft ingate in Pengzhuang Coal Mine deformed greatly with large roof fallings. Through the analysis on destruction, the ingate reinforced schema is come up with according to the mastery engineering consolidation experience and the experience at home and abroad. On the completion of the ingate project, the surrounding rock mass becomes stable, without apparent deformation. The two-side and roof deformations are 4mm and 5mm respectively according to the convergence deformation test, improving the integrity and bearing capacity of the shaft and pipelines effectively. Thus the deformation of the surrounding rock mass is under control, guaranteeing the long-term stability of the roadway.

Cylindrical ring ground freezing method of shield tail brush replacement construction is quite different from the conventional metro freezing strengthening projects. Based on Hangzhou Qingchun Road Cross-river Tunnel engineering example, under confined water stratum conditions, the liquid nitrogen freezing method designed to replace shield tail brush, liquid nitrogen temperature, ground temperature, segment lining temperature and thawing temperature were analyzed. Analysis results show that the adopting frozen wall was fit for safety replacement construction of shield tail brush. It can provide a new way to replace shield tail brush under similar geological conditions.

Abstract: In order to improve effect of gas drainage, the paper presents a technique of stress relief and permeability improvement by variable borehole diameter. The experiment is implemented during downward coal uncovering. The mass of coal output is increased during drilling after boreholes reaming, which induces range expanse of stress relief, permeability improvement and significant enhancement of gas drainage. By contrast with normal boreholes, the reaming ones demonstrate longer time, higher concentration and larger flow capacity of gas drainage. The advantages of the technique are operation simplicity, low cost and significant effect. Thus it is an effective method and worth popularizing in outburst elimination of low permeability and high gas outburst coal seams.

Based on the situation of that too much coal of Handan Mining Group is under buildings, railways and water so that the coal resources mining rate is very low, research on the superhigh-water material backfill mining technology was carried out and tested in Tao-one Coal Mine. In this technology, Superhigh-water material is used to construct filling body, filling methods matched with this material are invented and big flow slurry-making process system is developed. The results show that: Through the use of this technology,overlying strata movement and surface subsidence can be controlled effectively, coal under buildings, railways and water can be liberated, the service life of coal mine can be prolonged and great economic and social benefits will be produced.

In order to improve the rate of throw blasting effectively, according to the situation that row distance is important to blasting effect, article studied the calculation of row distance, and best row distance changed was analyzed when drill hole diameter and bench height changed, besides, calculation way was given when drill hole diameter and bench height have been determined,which could verify them matching or not. In addition, new and best calculation of row distance was given when drill hole diameter and bench height changing, the result show that its reliability better. Last, drill hole diameter and bench height matching relation was verified of Heidaigou surface mine, and its reasonable row distance was calculated.

In order to master radial displacement characteristics of Frozen Soil Wall of Frozen Shaft in Zhaogu mining area, six frozen shafts of Zhaogu No.1 and No.2 coal mine were measured by convergence instrument of digital readout. The results show that the radial displacement can be divided into three stages, including fast growth, steady growth and rapid growth. The bare time of shaft soil wall must be controlled within 24 hours and the radial displacement must be controlled within 50 millimeters. The radial displacement speed of frozen soil wall is inversely proportional to the negative temperature value of shaft wall temperature. The results have certain value and significance to the frozen shaft.

Combined with specific geology conditions and according to four mainly influence indexes, which are surrounding rock strength, roadway depth, support strength and mining-induced influence, this paper has classified 20 investigated mining roadways of Pingdingshan mine area under -800 m. And they have been divided into four categories: instability, medium stability, relative stability and stability. A software named mining roadways classification and bolt support was designed with Java program, so the calculation process of the fuzzy comprehensive judgment was simplified. Surrounding rock of mining roadways in Pingdingshan Mine Area was classified and obtained reasonable support advices.

To liberate the stagnant coal resource under abundant rich water zone, the paper analyses four necessary conditions of mine inrush of water and sand, aiming at third panel to carry through hydrogeology complementary exploration by adopting the technology of geophysical exploration, geo-drilling and pumping tests. According to the exploration result, the conclusion, which working face isn’t provided with inrush of sand, is elicited and eliminates the imperilment. Meanwhile, we proposed a combined method of dynamic and static inflows based on gushing mechanism of working face. The height of critical inrush head was confirmed by the most drainage ability of working face, and released from menace of blowing out water.

Through comparing the support upcoming pressure in the middle of the working face and the support upcoming pressure under the concentrated pillar, drew the conclusion that the downhill landform not do great harm to the working face mining. When through the downhill section, keep enough setting load, leave a certain thickness top coal, prevent the roof overcrushing from the upcoming pressure, on the dangerous position to guard against, then, achieve the safety mining.

Gas emission is one of the most serious disasters in coal mine,it is influenced by series natural factors and exploiting conditions,which is a non-linearly and high-dimension problem.A new method of combining the improved PSO with LSSVM is presented to predict gas emission,experimental results show that the model can avoid the shortcomings of slow convergence of ANN and premature convergence on parameters selection in PSO for SVM ,it could achieve more accurate prediction and stronger generative ability.

Drive pulley is a key component of belt conveyor. Its reliability and service life have serious impacts on the performance of conveyor. According to the structure types, material properties and stress of drive pulley, this paper completed finite element analysis by ABAQUS.Taking 1m、1.2m and 1.4m drive pulley as examples, its welding position was studied. The results showed that welding position controlled in general 12 ~ 17 percent between cylinder and hub is reasonable, which provided a theoretical basis for drive pulley design.

In order to study the precursor characteristic of rock burst prone coal, the acoustic emission (AE) experiments are taken on rock burst prone coal samples under uniaxial compression with the AE test system, and the fracture process and acoustic emission features are analyzed. Study results show that acoustic emission activities relate well to stress and the deformation and fracture of coal samples. The acoustic emission usually appears densely while stress reached the peak value or samples fractured completely, and shows obviously “AE group” character, there are almost no acoustic emission signals after the stress peak. Analysis show that near the stress peak the acoustic emission variable factor will suddenly increase and the slope of variable factor is lager also, which indicates the deformation of coal samples.

There are lots of coal gangues produced by abandoned mines at Boddhidharma trench in Qingshui Town, Mentougou District, with the coal mines shut down successively in Beijing. The coal gangues will not only bring potential safety hazard, but also have a strong negative impact on the ecological environment of mining districts. The characteristics of coal gangue including microstructure, mineral composition and physical-mechanical properties are studied by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction analysis, grain size analysis, direct shear test, unconfined uniaxial compression test and so on. Finally, the conclusions and suggestions for comprehensive development and utilization of coal gangue are put forward. The research results can also provide basic data and design basis on the geological environment protection and restoration for abandoned mines.
On the Long Term Multi Points Source Air Pollution Diffusion Fitting Method in Coal City

As one of the major pollutant in regional area, air pollution is generally manifested as couples of punctation distribution. With the example of ZouCheng county, we constructed the method and model of long term multi points source air pollution diffusion based on GIS and achieved the spatial displaying of air pollution diffusion fitting outcome map in GIS platform. The results indicate that, (1) The SO2 and smoke and dust (SD) pollution diffusion were mainly distributed in the northwest area of ZouCheng county that the SO2 concentration preponderates over 0.06mg/l in Pingyangsi, Zhongxindian, Tangcun, Zoucheng and Beisu towns, and SD concentration over 0.1mg/l in Pingyangsi and Beisu towns. (2) The land utility long term multi points source air pollution diffusion fitting method was constructed, the land utility air pollution environmental impact preliminary assessment outcome and the quantitative appraisal of multi points air pollution diffusion achieved. (3) The outcome obtained based on this method could be acted as basic data of environmental quality assessment, environmental impact assessment, and other correlative tasks.

In this paper, the soil erosion in Huainan mine area is derived from Landsat TM data and ASTER DEM data on GIS platform, based on “PRC Industry Standard -The classification level of soil erosion”. The results indicate that the soil erosion in Huainan mine area was mainly at tiny, light and medium levels with a bit at heavy level in 1987 and 2000. The intensity of soil erosion was increasing from 1987 to 2000 due to underground mine activities and changing precipitation, showed low intensity of soil erosion was changing to high intensity, and the area of high intensity was increasing.

The problems of the security in mine vertical shaft construction is particularly important, so it is necessary to carry on site monitoring of them security. In this paper, the Fiber Bragg Grating sensors are used to monitor the freezing shaft in Ordos of Inner Mongolia. It includes the monitoring of the rebar stress and the external strain of the concrete and wellbore temperature. The outstanding merit of the FBG sensor characterized by high precision and design in distributed way in manifested in the monitoring. At last, some useful conclusion by the data analysis is drawn, and it is show that the FBG sensor has good effect on monitoring freezing shaft.
