Abstract: A new self-powered supply is presented to solve the problem of energy supply for the emergency power supply in coal mine. Using the self-powered supply, the energy storing in the direct current(dc)bus can change into the dc driver voltage or the supply voltage for some controller chips. This paper discusses the principle of the two buck topology used in the self-powered supply. A prototype is established and some experiments have been done. The experimental results show that the power supply works stable and meet the industrial demand.

Rainfall that recharged to burnt rock of Ningtiaota coal mine flowed to 3-1 coal seam from southeast to northwest along the bottom. Groundwater becomes so rich in 3-1 coal seam transport roadway and groundwater seepage so large that long-term safety was threatened. By grouting on the left coal wall, ground water is sealed off effectively, the amount of water seepage is reduced significantly. Grouting treatment is proved to be very efficient.

Base on the plateau frozen ground with special engineering geological characters , we must combine with the characteristic of the plateau frozen in the design and construction through the plateau frozen soil layer.Now taking the shaft of the Niangmute coal mine through the plateau frozen soil layer as an example, in the design ,shaft is designed for horse-shoe cross-section and the composite shaft lining of reinforced concrete to increase pressure resistance of the shaft; in the construction ,secondary support technology、combined support technology and smooth blasting technology are used to narrow melting permafrost down and reduce the frozen soil effct. Results show that the shaft cross the frozen soil layer safely and fastly by taking these measures.

Based on field observation , the characteristics of strata behavior in steep inclined and fully mechanized face of lower sub-coal seam had been studied where wu9-11-20102 face of No.10 mine in Zhong Ping Energy Chemical Group. The result shows that the face has obvious period strata behavior along strike, with the pressure characteristics of the gradual migration and the space length of period strata behavior being 12-23m. The managements and equipment to anti-down and anti-slip of the broken roof had been proposed.It been implemented successfully in wu9-11-20102 face of No.10 mine in Zhong Ping Energy Chemical Group, and achieved good economic and social effects.

Based on complex geological structure and poor gas-permeability in Sichuan Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation, the gas-extraction methods and theirs effect were demonstrated in Wangyang, Yangcunpu, shengli et. al coal mines. Research results showed that the gas extraction method from holes drilled along seam had good effect on geological structural section in 5 highly gassy coal mines mined Xujiahe extremely thin seam. The gas-extraction method with pressure relief from crossing holes had better extraction effect, was main gas-extraction method in Sichuan coal mines.

In order to identify separation information hidden in the roof rock,so as to provide judgement basis for roof accidents prevention, used GprMax software to make two-dimensional forward simulation of separation in the roof rock,and studyed on the ground penetrating radar (GPR) image characteristics. Based on the Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) principles, established four types of geometric models with different frequencies, separation thickness, separation depth and dielectric constants.Finally analyzed the image features of simulation results of the four types , concluded that that the GPR forward simulation method is feasible in separation detection of roof rock..

The paper studied the rib stability of working face with large mining height in very soft coal seam when the working face approaching the fault based on the project of coal mining, and gives out the mechanism of the rib spalling near the fault. The main three reasons are tectonic stress, the physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock, and the breaking of main roof, which make the rib occur shear failure and even tensile failure near the fault. The analysis is made by the numerical of FLAC3D. According to the ananlysis, the closer of the distance between the working face and the fault, the more serious of the destructure of the main roof and floor of coal seam, the larger of the distance of coal wall and the edge of the main roof, and the higher of the ratio of the rib spalling. Besides, proposed the main engineering ways of preventing the rib spalling near the fault.

According to the hydration heat measured results of mass concrete in frozen shaft, the influence law of the concrete hydration heat to the frozen wall could be obtained: the sidewall concrete hydration heat affected the melting of frozen wall 0.2-0.4m, about 0.43-0.5 times of the wall thickness, then the refreezing frost-heaving force were emerged after re-freezing, about 0.45-0.80MPa. Combined with the measured data analysis and finite element program ADINA simulation, which Obtained the relation curves between frozen wall melt depth and time, it had great guiding significance in the design and construction of deep frozen wall.

In this paper, we set up a series of index to measure the mine water disaster by a scientific method, combining with the AHP and expert scoring. By this way, it is easy to determine the level of mine water disaster. In particular, the aim of our work is the analysis of the cost effective and control effects by taking the pumping and intercepting measure on those decision sets, which is based on the obtaining level. Finally, by using the technics of purdah infusion to stem water in Pingdingshan No.5 Mine, we draw a conclusion that it can reduce the risk level and coal costs effectively.

In order to ensure the mine safety and the energy-saving technological transformation, based on the research of traditional PID, fuzzy control and Fuzzy-PID on liquid supply system of emulsion pump station, and the simulation analysis of liquid supply system with Simulink in MATLAB, the result indicates that the liquid supply system with Fuzzy-PID has a good effect of control. According to the design of Fuzzy-PID controller with S7-200, the stability of the liquid supply pressure is ensured. The range of the pressure fluctuation is less than 1Mpa and the power saving rate is 0.9677 by implementing the method in Chengzhuang Coalmine of Jincheng.

The maximum likelihood estimation was introduced to the ground fault line selection in non-solid earthed network. In this paper, the zero-sequence network model was established. And the good identification feature of maximum likelihood estimation was used to identify the line parameters. Then, the fault line was selected by comparing whether or not the capacitances of the fault line and the non-fault line accord with the anterior model. Simulation results show that the method is simple and reliable, and it is independent of transition resistance, arc suppression coil and the intermittent arc.

The combustion characteristics of Hegang coal samples was investigated in non-isothermal condition by thermal analysis. The influence of particle size,heating rate and oxygen volume percentage on the combustion characteristics of pulverized coal has been discussed. The results show that burnout efficiency of smoll particle size was better than big particle size pulverized coal under the environment of 20% volume percentage oxygen, heating rate 20℃/min and particle size less than 60 μm, and the comprehensive behavior of combustion weakens with the increase of the particle size. The maximum weight loss rate and temperature of maximum weight loss rate increase with the heating rate rising. Burnout characteristics can be improved, while the heating rate increases. The burnout efficiency and comprehensive behavior of combustion of coal sample increase with the increasing of oxygen volume percentage(less than 20%).

In order to test the critical temperature of coal quickly and then do well the work of fire prevention and control guidance, a new critical temperature test method based on cross-point temperature test is proposed. Using simulation experiment system of coal oxidation made by China University of Mining and Technology ,experiments are operated on the selected typical coal samples and then the data is calculated,the measured critical temperature is basically consistent with the adiabatic oxidation method’s. It takes a very short time of four hours of the whole test time. at last it proves using cross-point temperature to get the critical temperature for coal spontaneous combustion is a viable, convenient and efficient method.

Using WDT-100 microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo frozen uniaxial testing machine, this paper analyzed the remodeling status on the impact of uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of frozen clay by comparing with that of the undisturbed frozen soil. The results showed that the uniaxial compressive strength of remolded soil samples is lower than that of the undisturbed soil samples. In Practice, the undisturbed soil strength which can not be obtained directly could be simulated by the remolded strength multiplied by the scaling factor of 1.2. For the elastic modulus, the elastic modulus of undisturbed soil could be simulated by the tangent modulus of remolded soil multiplied by the scaling factor of 1.16 when the temperature was higher than -10 ℃; when the temperature was below -10 ℃, the elastic modulus of undisturbed soil could be directly simulated by the remolded soil secant modulus.

Abstract: In the application of beam structure for the material cost savings, the horizontal combination of materials in building construction and bridge construction which is widely used, and even in coal production, the underground geological strata occurrence is very complex due to the crustal movement and the role of geological structure, many of them appear superimposed structure of the vertical strata. Here make a analysis for composite beam that composed of different components and horizontal combination then discuss the stress distribution characteristics of the composite beam cross-section in connection with the value of the adhesion force between rock beam layers to aim at the lack of research in drastic geological structure of vertical roof strata above the coal seam, Then the beam section stress formula is given for providing criteria to determine the elastic and plastic limit of the composite beam. Last, the beam under an external load prone to bending and torsion deformation is proved.

According to the insufficient funds of medium and small colliery, a new kind of hydraulic supports was designed, replacing the traditional four-bar linkage with the inserting plates to reduce the cost and the design cycle of hydraulic support. Applying the FEM mode of Pro/Mechanica module, one mesh was applied on the inserting plates, and applying the software of ANSYS as the solver for the finite element method analyzing, the reliable result was obtained. It provided a new kind of thoughts and methods for the design and research of hydraulic support.

Aiming at the lack of coal mine drainage communication system, this paper introduced a design of automatic drainage communication system based on InTouch. S7-200 PLC was used as a core controller in this system. The PC human-machine interface was designed by using InTouch configuration software. The industrial Ethernet and optical fiber technology were applied to realize the remote communication. This system can realize on-site manual and automatic control, also can realize remote monitoring, and have data query processing and alarm functions. The test results revealed that the system was stable in operation, good real-time performance, transmission reliable.

Aiming at linear structure of mine tunnel and network’s expansion with continuous tunnel excavation, this paper analyzes the application of routing algorithm and the determinate factors of routing algorithm in wireless sensor network. A dynamic routing algorithm of linear network is proposed in order to improve network robustness. Combined with gradient building theory of directed diffusion, the algorithm quantifies and grades the routing nodes according to those energy, and transmits data following energy priority principle. Test results show that the algorithm can effectively balance the network energy consumption and improve network survivability.

Inefficiency of coal mine production logistics seriously restricts the sustainable development of country’s coal production industry. It is an urgent task to evaluate coal mine logistics efficiency dynamically combined by its time series characteristics. This paper firstly uses Malmquist index method to analyze dynamic efficiency for coal production logistics. Based on the input and output index system, a dynamic efficiency evaluation model is established. Then a case study describes the dynamic efficiency and variation trend of coal mine production logistics in one mining area. Results show that the efficiency of coal mine production logistics has a rapid growth trend. But it mainly depends on technology efficiency change rather than technology change through decomposing Malmquist index into technology efficiency change and technology change.
