The research and application of optimal modification about the ventilation systems of the Baijigou mining

The paper analyzed the problem of ventilation system in the Baijigou mining, proposed the program of optimal modification which recycling and closed level tunnel first and recycling rise and dip entry according to the principle of segment recovery and section closing, and demonstrated the feasibility of the program. After construction of optimal modification, the optimal modification achieved good results: the mine obtained a reasonable ventilation mode, mining area got a relatively independent and stable ventilation, and the production system of the mining was simplified, achieved the mining layout of one surface in one of mining,and received nearly 500 million direct economic benefits.

Abstract:Roadheader is the primary equipment for the laneway excavation. In this paper, cutting head and the numerical simulation model are established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA10.0 to resolve cutting vibration problems and the loads on each picks of the cutting head are quite different for a company roadheader. Through the simulation, the external forces on cutting head and picks are obtained. According to the situation by forces, difference coefficient for the external forces on cutting head and picks tends to balance by means of several adjustments and optimizations of cutting line spacing between picks. Meanwhile, for the difference coefficient decreases, the vibration for roadheader has been effectively controlled, the cutting performance was improved obviously.

It is difficult to support soft-rock roadway because of its low strength、easily disturbance、plasticity and continuous flows etc. It becomes more complex that the soft-rock roadway is in the deep mine. According to the fact, we take the mining roadway Ding5-6-22170 of the sixth-mines at Zhong Ping Energy Chemical Group as an example. By peering method with drilling, the failure and deformed situation of surrounding rock is analyzed in the soft-rock roadway. Based on it, the supporting scheme is put forward and applied successfully. So it brings the great effects. There is the pragmatic value in this article which can provide the example for the same roadway supporting.

Aiming at the actuality of plentiful pressed coal under buildings and environment polluted by the piled coal refuse on the ground in our country, this paper takes Yang Dong coal mine of Fengfeng group under building as an example, filling lane width and isolation coal pillar width, are determined by numerical simulation. The results show that the coal refuse backfilling technology under building can be good to solve the environmental pollution and raise recovery rate. Application of refuse backfilling technology carries out new mining technology and methods, to accelerate the process of building eco-mine and to achieve the sustainable development of mining industry. As the increasing of this mine’s production, it can bring to mine district with remarkable economic and social performance.

+535m level is the design production level of Xin’an Coal Mine. Due to complex geological conditions and large tectonic stress, most of the roadway projects come out serious deformation failure, which severely affects the safe production of mine. Based on the analysis of deformation failure characteristics of deep tunnel instability, the key technology to control the deformation failure of deep tunnel is put forward, and reasonable supporting technical parameters are confirmed. Therefore, the long-term stability of deep tunnel engineering is assured, and the need of safe production in coal mine is satisfied. Through the cable (two pallets) and the Combined Support RC +535 main crossing point on the 3rd test section after six months of observation, the deformation of surrounding rock is small, and the deformation rate has been three consecutive months tends to zero, which directly show that the proposed supporting technical solutions is right. Based on how to solve the problem of gas concentration exceeding limits in the mining process, the technology of improving gas drainage effect from the grossmeasures boreholes by high-pressure water jet cutting was carried out. In the paper, the mechanism of high-pressure water jet cutting was analyzed,the high-pressure water jet slotting system and equipments and technology,as well as the test in coal mine were introduced. The exposed area of coal seams and the stress-relief scope were increaed after the boreholes drilled by high-pressure water jet cutting, the average rate of gas production for each borehole has increased up to 2 times, gas drainage efficiency has been significantly improved.

Linnancang Mining Industry Branch Company is attached to Kailuan Group Co., Lt. The -650 blind shaft is an key component of horizontal extend project. When the ventilation system of the fallway belt mine-loading station of the vertical shaft in the 2nd shaft of Zhaozhuang is during the alteration of meteorological condition or when it is regulating the entering airflow of the main or auxiliary shaft, the ventilating current between the shaft bottom and the fallway is always reverse and unstable, the wind speed in the material roadway is transfinite. According to the theory of mine ventilation network, the reason that causes this phenomenon is the main vertical shaft is located on the diagonal branch of the complex diagonal ventilation network, and the wind resistance in the station detour is bigger, but the wind resistance in the examine and repair tunnel is smaller. So the corresponding measures are put forward: enlarging the wind resistance in the examine and repair tunnel and excavating a new intake entry. Through treatment, the problem which concerns that the bottom airflow is reverse and the wind speed in the material roadway is transfinite is solved, thereby reducing the resistance of mine ventilation.

Carboniferous limestone water has threatened the mine production in Yongxia mining area, especially water inrush from limestone floor caused by coal floor fissure seriously affected the mine safety production and economic benefits. Base on the condition of water inrush caused by fissure which has cut the coal floor aquiclude, water inrush from coal floor fissure has been classified into two types: through leading fissure and through growing fissure。 Numerical simulation has been carried on to study the mechanism of the two types water inrush by Flac3D. The research can provide the certain basis for the prevention of water inrush from coal floor fissure.

The research announces that the deformation mechanism process of the shaft in the vertical direction from elastic stage to plastic stage. The framed roadway support intensity of 31 roadway in Jiaoxue No.2 Coal Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Industry (Group) can not be enough for supporting the 31 roadway due to the increment of in situ stress. Strata behaviors of 31 roadway was very obvious, and there was large deflection deformation on the flange beam and closing tendency between two legs. Aiming at this problem, cable-grouting supplement support was used to reinforce the 31roadway. The support parameters of cable-grouting supplement support were obtained based on theoretical calculation, including diameter, interval, cable length and so on. The feasibility and effectiveness of the support parameters were verified through FLAC3D program.

Based on the actual situation in Inner Mongolia TangGong ditch coal, using the large plastic deformation caursed ductile damage constitutive model and the classical Drucker-Prager constitutive model, a numerical simulation model was established using the dynamic FEM analysis software ABAQUS/EXPLICIT to simulate the dynamic response of the roadway under an impact load at different horizontal and vertical distances from the roadway. The results show that: the horizontal distance L of the impact load from the roadway increases, the area for the plastic energy to release increases, the influence of impact load to the roadway decreases and also the damage position of the roadway changes from the upper side to the lower side as the energy release position changes from the upper side to the lower side of the lane ; the vertical distance H increases, the concentrate degree of energy release decreases, thus the roadway is more stable. The results are basically the same as the construction site.

Based on geological and mining technical conditions of protective layer mining in Huai Nan mining area Gu Qiao Mine,in the same time,by using method of combining computer numerical simulation (FLAC5.02D) systems and on-site engineering practice,the similarities and differences of the strata-pressure behavior between pressurized area and distressed zone in the protected layer after mining the protective layer are studied.The results show:After efficiently mining,the protected layer’s vertical and horizontal stress concentration factor in distressed zone decreased to 0.31 and 0.34,however the utmost stress concentration factor in the pressurized area is 1.68 and 1.55;The destructiveness of the protected roof in the distressed zone is more serious than that in the pressurized area.The practice results show that the distance of periodic weighting in the pressurized area is 1.6 times as the one in the distressed zone,and the deformation of surrounding rock is smaller than the one in the distressed zone.

Based on Fluid Dynamics and Combustion Theory, the model of pipeline was created by the software of CFD, and the spread of gas explosion was simulated in the conditions of pipelines of different length. The flame speed was obtained, as well as the the law of pressure changing with time in the pipeline. The results showed that the acceleration of flame speed could be divided into three phases: diffuse transmit, rise rapidly, inertial motion; mutation pressure affected the turbulence of flame and was the significant reason to the rise of flame speed; when the pipeline got longer, the maximal flame speed would be higher, in addition, the transition distance that flame speed rise to a high speed would tend to stable.

Base on summarizing the application situation of dry coal beneficiation with fluidized bed and present situation of the mediums, this paper mainly studied the fluidization and beneficiation of the Air-dense medium fluidized bed by using paigeite powder and magnetite powder as multivariate-medium-solids. This paper chose -0.3+0.15mm、-0.15+0.125mm and -0.125+0.074mm paigeite powder to be respectively mixed in certain ratio with -0.074+0.045mm magnetite powder ,and analyzed their fluidization characteristics. Research contents of this dissertation mainly involve fluidization properties of setting up the regression model of incipient fluidization velocities and average granularity,and the model of fluidized bed density.

The experiments select Wang Taipu gangue as raw materials and adopt single factor and orthogonal experimental method to study the leaching of aluminum oxide from gangue using sulfuric acid as leaching medium. Through the parallel experiment of the leaching time, the ratio of solvent to sample mass, the concentration of sulfuric acid and the ratio of liquid to solid , we found that the affecting regulation of every factors on the leaching rate of aluminum. In order to determine the optimum leaching conditions, we use L9 (34) orthogonal experiment. Through the orthogonal experiment, we got the optimum conditions, leaching time was 120min, ratio of solvent to sample mass was 0.20, sulfuric acid concentration was 3mol/L, ratio of liquid to solid was 15:1, and aluminum oxide extraction rate was 79.60%.

The paper analyzed geohydrologic features and water abundance of benxi formation limestone in Longdong mine field based on fully collected materials of geology and hydrogeology during every exploration stage and production process. The results showed that water abundance of benxi formation limestone was poor, but had some relations with ordovician limestone aquifer. The research outcomes had direction effect in safety mining of 21st mine and plans of water control measures.

With the improvement in the level of mechanization, high efficiency, high-power digging machine is more and more used in rock roadway, accompanied by the rapid increase driving speed also makes the heading face of the sharp increase in the amount of dust generated. Through the introduction of wet-dusting removal technology (WRT), this paper has designed the dust scrubber with fan, calculated the reasonable distance from ventilation duct to working face, and arranged rationally the mechanized face ventilation and dust removal system. All these measure will effectively achieve the purpose of controlling fully the mechanized face dust.

A three-dimensional model of auger miner’s working body is established based on UG. The model is imported to ADAMS and then the virtual prototype is built and analyzed in ADAMS. At the same time, I also talk about the stress analysis of the drill pipe. The results show that no interference occurs among the various components of the working body and all mechanisms move smoothly and steadily. What’s more, the simulation results are agreed with actuality, which can lay a good foundation for the design of auger miner’s working body and provide a reference for the drilling tools’ deflection problems.
