To ensure normal production and continuation of mine,light the specific conditions of mining under builidings in 3400 mining area, on the basis of integrated analysis economic, technological and other factors, selected strip mining from four mining programs. Learn from the past results of strip mining in the mining, practical experience at home and abroad, calculate the width of mining and reservation,and coal pillar strength. According to the rock movement parameters determined, the surface deformation is expected by probability integration method, and through conduct economic analysis, this program can be more cost-effective in the context of protecting surface building safety.

To solve the problem of roadway quick hole blasting in deep well with high stress, based on the modern blasting theory, fracture mechanics and rock mass mechanics, a complete hard rock quick hole blasting technology in deep roadway was put forward., including new directional rupture roadway molding control technology, several directional micro shaped charge highly active breaking technology, double hollow holes duplex type parallel cut technology and vary resistance arrangement of holes technology suited for high stress environment. The practice proves that the technology can greatly reduce the number of drills, advance the molding effect of roadway and stability of wall rock, improve the usage and quartering quality of borehole, increase cyclic drilling and driving efficiency, reduce the expend of supporting and blasting material , and achieve quick drilling and blasting in deep well with high stress and all rock gangway.

In order to solve the bottlenecks of gas drainage in low permeability coal seam, based on the development of hydraulic cutting technology used in rock cross-cut coal uncovering and eliminating stress of bottom road. This paper carries out the research of hydraulic cutting technology used in gas drainage in current seam, propose the idea of expanding the direct affected areas of drilling with hydraulic cutting technology, researches the parameters that affected by hydraulic cutting technology, such as the volume and surface area of disturbance coal, the amount of gas drainage in a hole and the affected radius of drilling. Contrast and analysis the data between hydraulic cutting technology and general drilling drainage technology. The results show that the volume of disturbance coal can be increased by 6 to 16 times, the surface area of coal can be increased 5.3 to 8.8 times and the extraction flow single-hole is inc reased 2.0 to 2.5 times used by the hydraulic cutting technology. Meanwhile, the hydraulic cutting technology also can increase the affected radius of single-hole and reduce the amount of engineering quantity.

As the mining engineering develops towards the deep gradually, the research of deep laneway support has been one of the hot topics in the field of underground engineering .The traditional timbering are mostly based on strengthening pre-peak rock mass, enhancing the completeness and load capacity of rock mass, to avoid laneway failure. It is feasible if the mining depth is not deep and the rock possess rather high intensity, but it is hard to work in the deep mining ,especially in the soft rock laneway, so the timbering mean that considers the rock residual strength and creep law is more actual and reasonable. Via analyzing the influence of confining pressure on rock residual strength , this paper proofs the practicability of post-peak timbering; and based on creep and long-term strength, gets the optimal timbering method and time for the deep laneway.

Based on the situation of that rib fall of coal wall appeared in overhand filling mining face of great mining height in Tao-one Coal Mine, the reasons for rib fall of coal wall were analyzed, control methods were researched, and management measures were put forward, such as speeding up the advancing speed, protecting coal wall timely, supporting timely, strengthening hydraulic support's supporting quality management, and so on. Abstract: Through analysis law of motion of overburden about roadway layout of stagger arrangement and traditional top coal mining, consider that under the conditions of new technology, the triangular pillars can not play a supporting role to the roof, break of overburden is continuous when the next work face is begin to exploit, resulting in the rise of critical layer location. Combined with Griffith’s strength theory, consider the rise of critical layer location will play an active role to the breaking of top coal. By similar material modeling experiment and analysis of scaned measuring point by computer, we found the critical layer location is up to 35m from 22m, as the following face increasing, the broken span of the key layer is increasing, resulting in continually breaking of the key layer, so the position of the dominate key layer is rising, so the end face of the top coal will take on more overburden pressure; consider that the theoretical analysis is coincident with practical situation, and ultimately come to a conclusion that support pressure of the end face of top coal will relatively increase with the increase of continuous working face, thus facilitating the break of top coal.

Abstract:As the underground mining depth increased, the floor heave phenomenon of the high ground stress roadway is more and more serious. Based on the present situation, the theory of “strong soft strong structure” is used to analysis the support principle of the middle floor pressure-relieving groove. It uses the support method of the middle floor pressure-relieving groove to control the floor heave and do further research. Meanwhile, the surrounding rock of roadway must be supported in high strength. Because the construction of the middle floor pressure-relieving groove is complicate and difficult, it is rarely used. In order to overcome the construction problem, the technology of “blast two times” is adopted. The construction progress is not affected. It successfully solves the construction problem of the middle floor pressure-relieving groove through the optimizing the technological method and parallel work. The industrial application results show that deformation of the surrounding rock in high ground stress roadway has got effectively control. The pressure-relieving groove support technology can effectively control the floor heave in high ground stress roadway and keep the roadway stable. The mine safety in production has got guarantee.

Abstract: According to the problems of Qinyuan coal mine’s top-coal caving face with hard coal dissection: coal pieces are too big, the caving time of each support is too long, and release rate is low. Through numerical simulation using PFC2D and field experiment, analyzed the effect of different caving pace and different caving method on configuration character of coal and gangue flow and the character of top coal loss. Draw out that using the sublevel caving with two passing cutting could strengthen the disturbance of top-coal and improve the caving characteristic, and effectively control waste content at the same time and improve the coal recovery ratio.

By using the method of strengthening broken rock and reinforcing supporting resistance, this paper has obtained distortion and failure characteristics of roadway surrounding rocks in Xiaokang mine. Meanwhile, this study has analyzed the instability mechanism of dynamical pressure soft-rock roadway and the reason of original supporting failure This study has revealed the complementation between the high-strength bolt, high-pretension cable, metal mesh and U-shaped contractible frame in the process of controlling surrounding rock deformation .The validity of this combined supporting system has been proved in theory by the FLAC3D numerical simulation. Besides the above studies, industrial field test has also been implemented in Xiaokang mine. The achievements show that the combined supporting system successfully solves the difficult supporting problems of Xiaokang mine and acquire good economic and social benefits.

Based on the deformation of surrounding rock, combined with the elastic theory and the pre-stress transfer law, the rock bolt’s stress distribution function under the pre-stress was carried out and the method to determine the reasonable pre-stress of rock bolt was putted forward. Under the reasonable pre-stress the shear stress and the axial force were tended to uniform, the bolt’s material was got full play and the anchorage strength was improved.

The relation between flotation clean coal product’s quality and quantity and thickness of feeding coal, pressure of circle pump, column height were studied by using of single-factor experiments. Basing on the orthogonal experiments, the mathematical model of product quality and quantity for clean coal from flotation column separation was established by using the Design-Expert software. In addition, the practical flotation was predicted based on the mathematical model. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed mathematical model, and the prediction accuracy is good.

According to the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of Yan Zhou Coal Mine in Shandong, especially because of the complex structure within mine field, the faults development, influenced by cutting action between faults, this article uses the method of simulation experiment with similar materials to observe and analyze the water inrush owing to mining fault activation, explores the basic cause of water inrush—the relative displacement (fault activation) of two walls of fault leading to water inrush of roof and floor in coal seams. The article mainly analyzes the probability of water inrush by fault activation through the change of stratum settlement, the change of the height of water flowing fractured zone in coal seam roof strata, etc. The similar model experiment for fault activation after mining helps to optimize the reserve-width of fault waterproof pillar, and to work out rational mining scheme, improves productivity of mining and avoids the occurrence of mine water inrush.

Abstract: Karst collapse column is a special type of concealed structures developed extensively in the Carboniferous- Permian coalfield in northern China. Water harm of karst collapse column is one of the major disasters which threaten coal mine safety in production. Abstract: This paper acquired the horizontal displacement of interior embankment with SV30 clinometer, and then obtained the stable range, stable angle and for-effect angle of horizontal displacement within certain geological mining condition. With theoretical method, curves of ground horizontal displacement caused by mining from different level were certained, fitting relation between width of positive dislocate region and depth from ground was acquired, and both were attest to be accord with field data. The application of fitting relation in embankment management proved this management to be correct.

There is water of subsided land covering 4000 ha in coal mining area of Weishan County. The average depth of water in these satellites is about 1.5m and the deepest water is about 12m. It is impossible to recultivate this kind of water of subsided area. After investigation, the water of subsided land in this area as was classified into 4 types: seasonal shallow water, seasonal deep water, annual shallow water and annual deep water. For making use of water of subsided land, five types of technologies of comprehensive utilization are proposed to be build. On the basis of the characteristics of natural environment of water and depth of water, five types of technologies of comprehensive utilization inclding interplanting model of hydrophily vegetable, multiple planting and raising model of fishing, duck and fruit, multiple planting and raising model of cage culture and economical aquatic plants, agricultural eco-tourism sightseeing model and co-management model of grass planting , animal husbandry ,cropping and ecological energy can be built. For the shallow water, Tapa acornis can be the dominant species of interplanting model of hydrophily vegetable. The principles of choosing Tapa acornis are that these economic plants should be native with strong purification capacity and economic efficiency. Culture is also based on little or no input, while cultivation of aquatic economic plant, but also to avoid the secondary pollution. The remediation of technologies of comprehensive utilization can not only withhold precipitation resource but also ensure the diversion water quality and safety.

Abstract: This article is mostly about part of the designing process of the working module of continuous hydraulic loader. Based on the simplified space position relationship of working organ, I got the relevant matrix equation, moreover, I managed to calculate the rod length matrix with MATLAB. Having done the kinetic analysis based on ADAMS, I get the torques of the respective key points, which are helpful to the design of hydraulic system. By inputting the bucket model established by CATIA, I not only meshed the model elements, but also added the relevant loads and constraints, as well as the Von Mises stress and strain. The analysis of simulation results offers a practical and general method to the analogical organ design.

The special environment make detection of mine machinerys has been in relatively simple and original state. In this paper, we introduced design a new system of real-time monitoring of working conditions of mine machinerys based on S7-300PLC. In this work, the working principle of this system has been introduced, and also introduced the compositions of the hardware and the applications of the software. Researchers number and the testing time are greatly reduced,and detection efficiency increased by 29%.

Based on the dynamic, nonlinear and feedback features of safety management control process in coal mine, with the purpose of identifying the complex interdependence relationships of the various elements of safety management system, the paper uses system dynamics(SD) as a tool to study safety management and control issues in coal mine; elaborates various elements related to safety benefit in the process of dynamic safety management and the relationships between them; the causal link between those factors and the systematic dynamics flow figure model are established by using the modeling and simulating software, which is called VENSIM.

At present,miners' unsafe behavior is an important reason which result in our coal mine accidents.This paper having completed number of field experiments and data acquisition; Miners’unsafe behavior were predicted,and then we designed for the targeted companies a comprehensive set of unsafe behavior improvement programs,targeted to guide people to avoid unsafe behavior. Validation studies on the programs was carried out combined with existing management for a year,and the data shows that the programs could improve the level of intrinsical Safety and safe behavior of the companies.
