In order to study the adaptability of ZY8640/25.5/55 support in 6-2101working face, the control effect of setting load and yield load to roof, distribution laws of yield load and running characteristics were analyzed through filed observation. The result shows that the ZY8640/25.5/55 support are adaptable to 6-2 coal seam mining condition well and could meet the geological requirements. The conclusions provide practical experience to support selection and roof control in shallow coalface with large cutting height.

Based on the specific situation of 1-2 seam in Shangwan Coal Mine, the comprehensive demonstration of support intensity and work resistance 7 m Hydraulic Supports with Large Mining Height were recognized. Determination of locomotive speed is an important test parameter in the monitoring system of the Running locomotive under the coal mine,. This paper is based on the site status that acquired by the Camera which is installed on the locomotive, analyzing the video image sequence, a template matching method based on the images is used to get the locomotive speed. By the methods of ranging techniques to obtain the locomotive moving distance, according to the number of frames extracted from the image for locomotive running time intervals, the last formula is calculated by the speed locomotive speed. The effective monitoring of Locomotive speed can reduce the occurrence of transport accidents in the coal mine and increase the production of coal.

The poor sealing borehole is one of important hidden troubles that affect safety production of mine. There are many poor sealing boreholes in Zhaogu No.2 coal mine. In order to avoid the poor sealing boreholes becoming conductor and forming water-inrush, the plugging technology of underground mine was adopted to reinforce borehole. The hydro-geological conditions was analyzed and the borehole structure was designed. The plugging technology was made and the duplex fixed pipe structure was put forward. The production practice shows that the plugging reached expected requirement and the working face realized safety production. The results have certain value and significance to the grouting technology.

Abstract: This paper, in order to eliminate the high gas ,low permeability and poor effect of gas drainage in xin yi mine,this paper, used hydraulic flushing and detailed the protrusion-dispelling mechanism and technological process of it . The results showed that, after the hydraulic flushing, in the same condition of the drill holes’ number, effectively improved the utilization of the drill holes’ and significantly lowed the methane content below the critical value of outburst. At the same time, the effect of gas extraction was up more than 50%, and the permeability had almost larged 10 times than before, three indicators: the drilling cutting quantity S, the initial velocity of gas emission from the borehole q, the drilling cuttings desorption index △h2, was not in excess of the standards. It provided a guarantee for the mine safety.

Xin Li Mining Area of Qi Taihe has the features of thin seam, low permeability, the low coefficient of coal sturdiness and the high gas content. Coal seams have the character of subgroups and at the same time the coal seam distance is small in every subgroup. We advanced the high-flat-seam drilling of gas extraction and built the system of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas of close-quarter thin seams of Xin Li Mining Area to solve the problems of the high gas emission of the adjacent seams, the difficult construcion of drilling of cis layers, the bad effect of the extraction and the over-limited gas concentraction of the upper corner at mining face and the return current. We studied and applied all those mentioned above in Xin Li Mining Area. On the basis of analyzing the theory of gas extraction of the adjacent seams, we calculated that the height of the area of dropping stones of goaf was 6-8m and the height of the crack area was 18-20m by using the software of UDEC4.0 numerical simulation. According to the results of the extraction, we got the conclusion that the control of gas by high roof drilling of gas extraction could get better effect, the gas volume fraction of upper corner was below 0.8%, the gas volume fration of drilling could be above 55% and the quantity of the extraction could be above 50m3/min. Therefore, it could achieve the high-efficiency simultaneous extraction of coal and gas.

As 11041 working face was a coal and gas outburst face,a comprehensive gas drainage with in-seam intensive boreholes was adopted as outburst elimination technology in this working face,the borehole drilling length of gas drainage per ton of coal mining was over 0.16m/t,the drainage gas effeciency from virgin coal seam was up to 34.72%,the remained gas content before the mining operation was obviously lower than the critical value of it.The unite index method, comprehensive index method and the remained gas content method,the borehole drilling length of gas drainage per ton of coal mining and the drainage gas effeciency from virgin coal seam were applied to the evaluation of the outburst dangerous before the mining operation,the conclusion of the evaluation was that there would be no outburst danger, therefore this provided important and scientific evidences for taking safety technical measures to the working process.

It analyzed the stress state and deformation law of 1st coal seam and 2ed oil shale seam when 2ed coal seam mined with UDEC numerical simulation software. The overlying strata division of working face has the great significance. The existing research on the roof division based on the mining height and the judge to the loose coefficient, but has been proved has some limitations in the extracting tallest once of thick coal seams. Based on analysis of rockburst hazard factors for roadway groups, according to the possible rockburst hazards happened in the process of roadway groups excavating, the paper adopted the method of numerical simulation to research on the influence of roadway deformation-broken mode by different pillar’s widths during roadway groups being excavated by steps, which obtained that roadway groups excavation caused the stress superposition around the roadway surrounding rock, and this phenomenon appeared more obvious with the same pillar’s width. The corresponding peak of sides abutment pressure and the peak position increased along with the roadway groups excavating,what’s more, the influence scope of abutment pressure transferred to the roadway surrounding rock near the roadway groups along with decrease of coal pillar width, which had greatly guiding significance to forecast the rockburst hazards of roadway groups reasonably.

Reservoir pressure is a major factor influencing gas output, and it is beneficial to study its spread regularity in the process of coalbed methane (CBM) drainage. Based on the CBM drainage mechanism, this paper analyses the spread regularity under the different boundary conditions and drainage technologies. The results show that for different boundary conditions and drainage technologies, the pressure-drop curves are different, and there are two stages in the process of pressure transmission, while the diverse stages are decide by the time when pressure transmits to the reservoir boundary.

Abstract: The article analysised the slime of Kailuan,and the result was that slime there was fine high-ash and refractory. In order to solve bad effect of floatation mineralization of the slime there, we tried to research floatation mineralization effect by adjusting agitation speed, pulp consistency and agitation time. Then though orthogonal test, we found the best conditions of mineralizing of slurry. The experimental result showed that when rotational speed was 1950r/min and stirring time was 4min, flotation effect was very good, yield of clean coal increased about 6%, ash decreased about 2%. Then we found the primary and secondary relation among the three factors. It is of guiding significance to the slime separation there.

In view of the current situation that the wash ability of the increasing fine coal is getting worse, the flotability of high ash, difficult-to-float fine coal from Tangshan Hebe was investigated through phase analysis, grain size analysis and density analysis. Carried out the flotation tests research of join Sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium silicate, the CMC and sodium hydroxide with different dosage conditioning agent, and the action mechanism of conditioning agent and the test results were analyzed as well. Studies show that adding conditioning agent can effectively improve the flotation effect, when the CMC dosage is 40g/t for the coal slurry flotation, the result of flotation is best.

Abstract: A numerical model of particle settlement in a settlement separator for coal slurry was established, through which a particle sedimentation time of 63 seconds was obtained. Then a series of flocculation experiments were conducted to study the effect of sedimentation time on settlement performance. Abstract:Zunyi area is one of important coal production bases in Guizhou with stacking large amount of coal gangue, lower utilization rate and single utilization ways, which makes it a typically area with coal gangue hazard and resource waste coexistence. Coal gangue from four coal mines, which is Zunyi coal mine, Tongzi coal mine, Panshui coal mine and Fenggang coal mine, in the study area was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the mineral composition and its change rule of coal gangue was preliminary found out. The results show that in the study area the mineral composition of coal gangue is significantly controlled by the rock type of coal-bearing strata and contains large amount of clay minerals and a certain amount anatase. The content of clay minerals is influenced by rock type, weathering action, stacking position and stacking time, but anatase has little influence on weathering action and is easy to separate, which also is the occurrence mineral of many high value elements, such as rare elements, rare earth elements, noble metal and so on in coal gangue, therefore, great attention should be paid to it during comprehensive utilization of coal gangue, especially during higher end comprehensive utilization.

Sand coated by fly-ash is a newly agitate technology, this study briefly introduce the role mechanism of sand coated by fly-ash, mainly focused on the frost-resistance capability of sand coated by fly-ash on the concrete. Results show:comparing with conventional method, the silica fume concrete mechanic performance increase about 5%-20%,on the premise of not changing the machinery equipment, not increasing the labor and material. At the same time, the method sand coated by fly-ash greatly enhancing impermeability of concrete, the coagulation materials response and the mixture work-ability.

Heat harm in deep mine is harmful to human health. Individual protection system using cool wind for heat harm of mine was designed by calculating and experimental method taking the Xuzhou-jiahe coal mine,Jiangsu,China,as a case,and the practical effect and economic analysis of the Individual protection system were researched. The results show that the individual protection system using cool wind for heat harm of mine Can reduce the temperature of skin's surface 13-15 ℃ and make the heart rate down 40-64 b/min, effectively improve the working environment, increase comfort of worker’s body; the system’s economy is better than large air conditioning system, investment is only one in twenty-five of the air condition system and the operating costs is one in sixteen of it; The individual protection system is intrinsically safe according with mine explosion-proof .

The extraction of landscape information is quickly and easily with remote sensing images and has been widely applied. There are many extraction methods, various methods have different features and different precision. Five classification methods were selected in order to classify the four phase remote sensing images. Analysis and comparison of the classification results aims to identify suitable landscape information extraction method for the specific conditions of the XuZhou city.
