The control parameters and time sequence control of geography Radar instrument system are analyzed and the time parameter cooperate relation of sampling wave correctly is achieved. And the CPLD control chip adopted in the system and the CPLD chip’s periphery circuit connect are provided. Clock frequency output and controls parameter and program are particular analyzed. And the part CPLD program is provided. Sampling parameter setting and sampling wave are present. When the sampling a piece of data changed, the promiscuous wave problem is appeared and the improving method is put forward.The experiment results accords to the design require. And the most fast 400K velocity sampling geography radar data is achieved.

On the basis of the field measurement, the characteristics of advanced ground pressure is analyzed in the working face filled with cream-body and the way of advanced support is optimized in the road way. Experimental studies show that, because cream-body supports overburden availably in the goaf,the ground pressure is not obvious in 2351 working face filled with cream-body in Daizhuang coal mine; And the roof above the protective pillar bears a little loading ,the ground pressure in non-working side is less than that in working side.The overburden gravity mainly acts on coal wall in front of face and cream-body in the gob. The value and main influence scope of advanced pressure in front of the working face is quite small,and the main influence scope of advanced pressure is less than 15m. Based on the characteristics of advanced ground pressure in the working face filled with cream-body ,advanced support in the rail road way changes from 3 rows to 2 and the length of the support reduces from 20m to 15m.Using the optimized way of advance support can greatly reduce labor intensity and improve the efficiency of backfill mining.

Abstract: The bedrock section of the auxiliary vertical shaft in Zhaogu No.2 coal mine was 137m.Bedrock lithology was mainly mudstones, sandy mudstone, sandstone.We adopted deep hole smooth blasting technique during construction. After theoretical calculation and analysis, considering different factors, we designed respectively smooth blasting parameters of different surrounding rock.Shaft periphery used hole air cushion charge structure.Air cushion reduced the pressure of detonation wave and detonation gas, which decreased impact compression damage of hole wall rock.It effectively controled the peripheral excavation contour, reduced the damage of rock, guarantee the quality of the wall.According to the actual situation,we flexibly utilized the design of smooth blasting scheme.And reasonably equipped mechanical equipment. It greatly reduced the labor intensity, accelerated the excavating velocity, and acquired a very good effect.

An innovated new type of fully grouting cable was introduced in the paper. Its function, structures and trial practice were described. Under the condition of broken roof and high stress zones, the fully anchored cables have more advantages than point anchored cables due to its effects in reinforcement, beam arch and post grouting effect. The innovated grouting cables were trialed at Gaohe underground and sound supporting effects has been achieved. By using the fully grouting cable to strengthen the roof and ribs, the deformation of roof and ribs was reduced. The deeper level of roof separation was diminished. The use of fully grouting cable has greatly saved the cost of using secondary and supplementary supports.

In order to prevent outburst accidents and achieve efficient and safe in process of roadway excavation, this paper discusses the hydrofracturing technology. This paper showed the hydrofracturing construction in return air roadway diphead of JI15-17-11111 mining district of PingDingShan NO.13 Mine ,according the importance of hydrofracturing technology theory. Comparing the parameters before and after the actions of hydrofracturing,which including gas parameters,coalseam parameters and excavation speed etc.By the comaring results,hydrofracturing technology is not only very effective in increasing permesbility,reducing dust and eliminating outburst in the low permesbility coalseam,but also increase excavation speed and achieve coal and gas joint exploration safety .

Abstract: By combining with the technology of enhanced coalbed methane at home and aboard, and then by researching on the coal reservior’s ore-forming condition in huaibei mining area,this paper put forward the measures for enhanced coalbed methane fitting for the research area, which included combinational technology of well deviation control and medium-radius horizontal well technology, hydraulic-sand fracturing technology, hydrofracturing fluid improved technology and so on. At the same time ,the article suggested the decompression drainage rate measure be ajusted to prevent the phenomenon of velocity sensitivity.

Abstract: There is close relationship between sealing quality and roadway surrounding stress which plays an important role in coal mine gas pressure measuring. Numeric mode was built by FLAC software to simulate the stress characteristics of rock at different locations around the roadway. According to the results, minimum sealing length was proposed to be more than the equilibrium location of the stress changing around the roadway; changing rock stress effect on sealing quality, and related law was obtained that the minimum hole sealing length changes in power function with the surrounding rock stress by curve fitting, comparison was done to on-site sealing empirical data. The results have great theoretical guiding significance in on-site sealing gas pressure measurement.

In order to evaluate rock-burst risk reasonably. By using method of layered analysis for natural condition factors, geological motivity factors, mining and technological factors, organization management factors which influence the rock-burst, the coefficient of weight of every factor is determined. Not only the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of rock-burst risk is constituted, but also the rock-burst risk of low, medium, high, is maked in the quantitative evaluation, so, which improve the veracity and scientific of the evaluation of the rock-burst risk. The results of the study indicate that: The evaluation results of the built model can accurately reflect the work of danger degree, high accuracy, for coal mining rock-burst risk analysis evaluation provides a feasible ideas and methods.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the surrounding rock stability of Shigetai Coal Mine under the particular geological conditions of shallow buried depth, thin bed rock and thick aeolian sand in Shendong Mine area, the paper establishes a calculating model of single-comprehensive evaluation index based on weighted average method, utilizes analytic hierarchy process to identify the weight value of evaluation index of surrounding rock stability and uses the calculating model to analyze and evaluate the surrounding rock stability. The research provides basis for roadway support and has great theoretical and realistic significance for the control of surrounding rock.

In order to research the character of gas content and geological factors on controlling gas ,basted on a large number of coal field geological exploration data and the results which are obtained in coal bed methane exploration recently, this paper discusses the geological factors that affect the coal bed gas development. The study indicated: Among a good many factors, the geological structure, hydrologic geological condition, the buried depth of coal bed and ash contents are more important, the gas content submits the direct ratio with the buried depth of coal bed and inverse ratio with ash contents. The hydrologic geological condition and geological structure have the diplex action.

Abstract:In order to save coal mine gas measuring time of extraction radius and rational arrangement of drilling in the underground mine, according to gas control of Gas outburst seam, the necessity and importance of the rational arrangement of effective extraction radius , this paper presents the numerical methods which can use variable coefficient nonlinear gas flow equation to get determination of gas drainage radius quickly and accurately.Take the Chongqing Tianfu Third mine for example, combined with field measurement, laboratory parameters measurement and theoretical calculations, studied different ways of the drilling layout (bedding drilling, wear layer drilling) of the effective drilling radius. The results show that this method can determine the hole spacing and extraction time easily and quickly, have practical significance. to save time of the determination of the drilling radius and ational arrangement of drilling.

The accurate measurement of gas pressure in coal seam can provide the basis for coal mine to formulate reasonable and effective measures to prevent gas disaster. It is easily to cause steam leakage using the cement mortar to seal hole in once when the gas content and pressure are high when we measure the gas pressure in coal seam. This article proposes a new sealing method named sealing method of subsection with pressure and it has applied in the No.6 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group, from the test effect we can know the method can prevent the disadvantage of steam leakage when using the cement mortar to seal hole and it can seal the holes strictly and thus measure the gas pressure accurately.

Abstract: In large dip angle oblique or tilted arrangement mining face, the anti-slip and anti-collapse question of hydraulic support is a key to mine successfully. From the overall perspective to analyze the problem of the hydraulic supports downslide, propose improvement measures and the reason; from the adaptability viewpoint of the face conditions for the supports, to analyze the dumping problem in the process of supports rising; from the supports in normal working state, to determine the conditions of the hydraulic supports no dumping; from the viewpoint on supports parallel shifting when the working face oblique arrangement, given the advanced distance equation of the headentry ahead the tailentry. Meanwhile, given to the oblique arrangement in the working face, avoiding to bracket leap, it is suggested parallel shifting in the working face and calculated the advanced distance equation of the headentry ahead the tailentry; finally, to calculate the measurement of the three advanced distance based on the concrete parameter and conditions in the mining, selecting the comparatively large to arrange the working face thus to ensure the stability if working face bracket.
Performance Study of Sprayed Steel Fiber Concrete in Coal Mine Gallery

This experiment compares steel fiber concretes with different volume ratios and mixture ratios, and analyses their performances by compression, splitting tension and bending tests. The result shows that the compressive, flexural, tensile strength of steel fiber concrete whose water cement ratio is up to 0.5 are respectively increased by 10.3%, 9.6% and 33.5% than plain concrete while those of steel fiber concrete whose water cement ratio is 0.6 are increased by 33.8%, 10.8% and 8.4% respectively;during the compared concretes with different content of steel fiber, the relative strength of concrete with high content is higher. It shows that the factors, such as water cement ratio and content,affect differently on the concrete properties.Steel fiber can improve the compressive,splitting tensile strength and other properties for sprayed concrete, so it can provide a better support role in underground works.

Subtract: when hard rock encountered in mechanized excavation,in order to choose the right loose blasting parameters ,CT detection of seismic waves on the scope of rock mass strength weakened is carried out, after deep-hole blasting ,according to wave speed at different speed in different media, velocity distribution detection section is obtained through the sampling and analysis of data before and after blasting, and then identified the rock weaken scope. The results show that the detection method of blasting parameters can play a better role in guiding the design.

Study on the residual surface deformation of coal mine is an important criterion to determine whether the newly mined area could be used as site of high-rise building construction. This paper studies the characteristics of the mining subsidence in newly mining goaf. Time parameters of mining subsidence were fitted by the monitoring data. Probability-integral method is used to predict residual surface deformation. The result of the surface subsidence is also validated by the measured date. Therefore, the residual surface deformation is comprehensive analyzed. The results could provide a criterion for the arrangement of multi-story, high-rise buildings and their design for resistance to deformation above newly mining goaf.

Long wall coal conveyor is the key equipment of comprehensive mechanical coal mining working face, how to make it continuous satety operating has been paid great attention as a project all the time. Base on oil analysis and ferrogram technique, the online monitoring of lubricating attrition on conveyor reducer and the experimental analytical investigation process of predicting diagnosis faults without shuting down were introduced. The technical theoretical basis of oil analysis sampling was examined. Atomic Emission Spectrometer was adopted to monitor the concentration of additive elements, pollution elements, attrition elements in in-use lubrication oil. Oscillating ball viscometer was adopted to monitor the kinematic viscosity of in-use lubrication oil. Analysis mode ferrogram machine make ferrogram slide, attrition grindings carried by in-use lubrication oil were observed and analyzed under ferrogram microscope. The typical wear grindings atlas of Tapered Roller Bearing, spiral bevel gear, cylinder spur gear, etc. were measured and made. Experimental result was researched, analyzed and monitored. Tissue, way, method, lubricating attrition mechanism were expounded. The lubricating attrition state and faults of reducer were monitored. The suggestions of using, maintain, managing, etc. were proposed. Finally, the valuation was made on the technical economic benefits and the universal application.

ABSTRACT: The characteristic of SVC is that its response speed is quick and it can adjust continuously. But compared with conventional reactive power compensation, its price is expensive. By analyzing non-linear impulse load and induction motor effect on coal bus voltage, economical and practicable method is proposed: on the basis of keeping up original reactive power compensation, SVC devices should be allocated in coal mine bus with a large number of motors or some impulse loads to only take the load fluctuating, then coal mine voltage fluctuation phenomenon can be settled effectively. Simulation and analysis on WSCC-9 bus system testifies the validation of the proposed method.

Rubber was showed that it is the ideal material for contractible layer of side shaft by means of experiment and research in this article,and it is better than the pine wood brick. Considering the feature of mine local ventilator, the paper proposed a kind of control method combined fuzzy neural network(FNN), genetic algorithm(GA) and PID control to local fan. The GA was used to optimize central value and width of the FNN’s membership function, and the BP algorithm was used to optimize the connection coefficients. The experiments showed the system can adjusted automatically fan’s speed according to variation of gas concentration, and this method had obvious advantages comparing with conventional PID controllers. The design of PID controller and frequency inverter speed control of fan can be made with TMS320F2407 DSP system..
