Because of the complicated geological conditions of No.3801 of Shuiliandong coal mine, How to determine the rational section coal pillar of its fully mechanized top coal caving mining face is one of the engineering problems. The lateral stress distribution and deformation of entity coal along next goaf for fully-mechanized face obtained by online observation on lateral stress field and displacement field of the front and back of the stope. The lateral stress distribution of entity coal along next goaf for fully-mechanized face of different size of the coal pillars obtained by numerical simulation. The rational size of the coal pillars obtained by comprehensive analysis. The research result will provide some scientific references for preserving reasonable coal pillar for the similar extra-thick and hard mine coals.

According to the poor seam permeability, the low efficiency of gas extraction and large construction of drilling in Daxing Coal Mining, technique of hydraulic fracturing for enhancement of permeability was offered. The paper studied the mechanism of hydraulic fracturing to increase seam permeability, and analyzed its process. Union fundamental research and scene experience, carried out the seal of high-pressure drilling, determined the technological parameter, completed the scene implementation. After the implementation of hydraulic fracturing, apply effect showed that hydraulic fracture bores and the the gas drainage bores in its zone effected both kept a high level of gas drainage and exploition , the amount of gas extraction of hydraulic fracture bores was increased by 7.2 times, gas permeability coefficient of coal seam in the zone effected was increased by 79~272 times.

The vertical distance between 3-101 haulage way crossing from the bottom side of the 2# coal section pillar to the other side in Beiyu Coal Mine and the stage coal pilla is only 1.0~3.5m。2# coal section pillar is 18m wide。In two sides of haulage way,relative displacement reached 2m or so for stress concentration issuing from section coal pilla,and the sides coal was broken heavily。Aiming at this condition,we proposed the repair and reinforcement technology based on analysing the roadway deformation and damage reasons。This technology adopts water swelling blot to support the two sides broken coal and uses high-strength twist steel bolt and anchor rope to reinforce roof。The practice showed that this technology can make coal in the anchorage zones form the whole bearing structure,and roof form composite beam bearing structure,connecting with deep rock。Therefore,the roadway deformation was controlled effectively,the obvious technology and economic benefits achieved。

The vertical depth in Suncun mine has reached 1 350m at present, with the increase of mining depth, the typical contradictions of deep mines become evident, just like the long production lines, excessive transportation links, complicated systems and auxiliary transportations. In order to solve the backwardness of the traditional mine auxiliary transportation technology and equipments which would restrict the construction and development of the safety and high efficient mine, based on the actual production technology conditions of Suncun mine, optimizing the mine auxiliary transportation system: On the one hand, the main production system and mine development layout was optimized, the arrangement mode of the mine roadway was reformed and the auxiliary transportation system was simplified in order to create the conditions to promote and apply the high efficient auxiliary transportation technology and equipments; On the other hand, auxiliary transportation equipments for the research, development, test and promotion, after implementation the level of the auxiliary transportation mechanization in special-deep coal mine has greatly promoted, achieved the intrinsically safe transportation and got technical and economic benefits very well; at the same time, provided technical theory and practical experience of auxiliary transportation system optimization for other similar mines.

By analysing draining effect of the the original magnetic medium recovery system in coal separating plant of our company and shortage of original design, we took measures and achieved ideal result. The medium comsumption of no desliming made raw coal costing reduce from 3.7Kg per ton raw coal to 0.6Kg per ton raw coal when granularity of 0.5mm undersize reached 20% and 13mm undersize reached 99%. The processing costs can be reduced by 5.256 million yuan each year . Finally, decline of medium containsed in final product makes clean coal yield increase by 1%. This technique will add 10.8 million yuan to economic benefits and 16.056 million yuan to integrated benefits each year .

Scientized mining of coal resource is the basic requirement and the foundation of the harmonious development of human and society. Due to the current evaluation on scientized mining is still in the qualitative phase, it is difficult to express accurately the scientized mining level in coal enterprise. This paper presented scientized mining coefficient (ScMC), and constructed evaluation index system that composed from 5 first grade indexes, 33 level two indexes and 64 level three indexes, separately for each evaluation index to establish a quantitative function, ah the same time, it used multiple expert back-to-back empowering subjective dynamic weighting method to construct the mathematical model. It detailed the calculating and forming process of scientized mining coefficient by citing a specific example.

We use PASW statistics18 software modules to predict total energy consumption in 1978-2010 for time-series analysis in China, and then to predict the total energy consumption of China's “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period and give the relevant recommendations based on the predicted results.

On the basis of field investigation, the process of coal roadway mine excavation is divided into 13 time cell. The "time analysis algorithm "is constructed to analysis the "efficiency and effect" about coal roadway excavation process, according to constructing proportion of time cell and analyzing the logical relation of the proportions. After building the "time analysis " in detail , applying this method to transversally analysis A B C coal mine data of a certain mining company group, taking the longitudinal analysis the front data of coal mine B and the data after taking targeted measure about the problem come up in it. The results showed that: horizontal analysis of the results corresponds with the actual situation and longitudinal analysis result is the degree of the improvement to each index after measures are taken. It indicates that the method is suitable for the analysis of "efficiency and effectiveness" analysis in the process of coal roadway excavation work.

Through this method to the jointing rock slope slide process's simulation, obtained the slope body's slipping failure plane intuitively, had proven the jointing controls the primary factor which the rock slope destroys. Forms the mechanism regarding the understanding slope's destruction to have the important meaning. Which explained that this criterion can forecast accurately the jointing rock slope latent failure plane’s shape and position, may provide the corresponding theory regarding the complex rock slope stability analyses.

In order to improve the speed and accuracy of the calculation of effective drainage radius of drilling, study No.7 coal seam of Wolonghu Mine. Summarizes the existing determination of gas effective drainage radius, analysis of the process gas flow are stress, deformation and gas flow field of dynamic gas-solid coupling process. Proposed by using COMSOL simulation software to calculate the effective drainage radius as the extraction method. Based on linear flow model - Darcy's law, the establishment of the gas flow equation. The gas flow stress and displacement boundary conditions were set. The gas pressure, gas content, gas flow rate, gas permeability coefficient and gas extraction negative pressure of the field parameters are using for the numerical calculations. The results showed that: the new method is quick and easy compared to the traditional method.

Rely on the maintenance test project of main haulage in Wei Jiadi coal mine,the calculation model is built consistent to actual supporting design using Flac3d numerical simulation software . Making analysis combined with field monitoring data could get a result that it is adapt to the denaturation features of three soft coal seam using the reserve soft cushion and relief pressure combined support technology based on first supporting of bolt-mesh-spurting + bolt-grouting. The field tests showed that this maintenance supporting scheme is feasible and it ensured surrounding rock stability on main haulage roadway, met the requirements of safety production in Wei Jiadi coal mine, and the reserve soft cushion and relief pressure combined support technology proposed in this project has certain reference value for similar projects.

Abstract: The asymmetric deformation characteristics of surrounding rock after excavating and supporting of roadway within steep coal seam, used the methods such as engineering geological investigation, numerical simulation and theoretic analysis,the asymmetry of deformation-failure of roadway in steep coal seam is summarized, which presents the mutual rupture deformation characteristics with "bottom uplift, roof decline” and causes the bearing load to the supporting structure asymmetric. Based on the research result , The bolt, steel mesh and anchor combined support under asymmetric loads is proposed, the purpose of controlling the stability of the surrounding rock of roadway is achieved by non-symmetrical layout and mutual performance couple between the bolt, steel mesh and anchor combined support. Through engineering applications, it is demonstrated that the intense deformation of surrounding rock of roadway is controlled effectively and the safety of roadway is greatly improved by the strategy of asymmetric.

The flow field in the thermal flow-reversal reactor was numerically simulated with the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The effects of the shape, length, number and installation way of guide plates on the flow uniformity were investigated. The simulation results show that the open end of guide plate is more helpful to improve flow uniformity than closed end; the flow field is most uniform with the curved guide plate than trapezoidal one and straight one; the flow uniformity is better with longer guide plate, so the entire-length plate is adopted; the velocity fluctuation is controlled better with more guide plates, which results in better flow uniformity.

Abstract: This paper establish a CGE model highlighted fossil energy and clean energy sector, as well as dioxide emissions. The model analysis the carbon tax policies how to impact the on energy use and dioxide emissions in the course of the development of low-carbon economy in China. The results show that the carbon tax rate by price of the fossil energies will gradually increase and the highest rate is coal with the emission reduction increases; the energies consumption will fall with the volume of dioxide emissions gradually increase, the largest percentage is coal, but not a of thermal power is not a large drop, the low-carbon energy consumption basically remains unchanged; the main task of dioxide emission reduction is in coal energy.
