In order to solve floor heave problems of chamber with associated with deep high-stressed soft rock in Panyi Coal Mine East, according to engineering geological condition of waiting chamber, Combining with numerical simulation in computer, Based on pouring concrete in roof and straight-wall, the strengthening scheme that combining Overbreak Back-filling and deep-hole cable routing to strengthen chamber floor is proposed in this paper. Numerical simulation and field experiment show that the stability of chamber floor is improved and the floor heaver of the soft rock chamber is effectively controlled with this scheme.

The article aims at production geological conditions of 2 coal seam merger area of Shan Jiaohe Coal Mine in Huo Zhou mining area, observes mineral pressure of the 504 large mining height fully-mechanized face, and deep analyses the pressurized regularity of shallow overburden large mining height workface, working resistance of support and characteristics of rib fall of coal wall. The results show that the periodical pressurized distance of coal mining face is average 14m, and the dynamic load coefficient is 1.13. the working face exhibits small-scale rid spalling during the recovery, especially for the end. ZY7600/26/55 type double column shelter support could meet the requirements of the production.The measured results have momentous practicing meaning for coal seam mining rock surrounding control and the prediction of pressure step under the same conditions.

An observation station of surface movement is established to study the fracture mechanism of air return way of ventilation shaft in Niuxi Mine. The results show that the primary reason leading air return way to failure is the uneven settlement of artificial filled ground, the immediate cause is the insufficient bending and tensile rigidity in brick masonry wall of return airway, and the potential dangerous element is the landslide caused by the infiltration of surface water. The measures to prevent the air return way from rupture should be considered these factors as mentioned above.

Aiming at the problem of deformation and failure of main return airway in Yu-Shu Mine,based on results of mineral composition analysis of the roadway surrounding rock , tests on physical-mechanical properties of rock, broken rock circle measure and in-situ stress measurement. The deformation and failure mechanism of roadway was analysed and the combined support system with u-steel plus blot-net-spray-grouting was proposed. Through the numerical simulation with FLAC3D, rationality of the support design was verified. Simulation results indicates that such combined support can effectively solve the support problem of the soft-rock roadway. It has great application value.

Partial discharge is a key factor in causing failures of high-voltage electrical equipment internal insulation and age, research and application of partial discharge detection methods, timely, effective and sensitive to detect partial discharge and its strength, which is an effective method of improving the reliability of high-voltage electrical equipment's safe operation. Based on analyzing the pulse current method which is used to inspect PD signals, with analysising of the principle of PD of high-voltage bushing, and process of PD signals' transmission; designed a schematics online detection system for high-voltage capacitor bushing by using Rogowski coil. Finally, simulated examination is done. The simulation results show the designed PD signal detection unit is effective. The method’s turn to be able to detecting have effect putting up partial discharge pulse signal, accuracy height,cost low, have the fairly good pragmatism and the vast application prospect.

According to the measured results of coal seam gas of the samples from underground mine, the paper has analyzed the distribution characteristics of coal seam gas in Erdaoling mining area. The measured results show that in general gas content is high in central section and low in both ends. In the south of the coal mine area, the gas content is 1.9~5.6m3/t and the average value is 4.5m3/t. In the central of the coal mine area, the gas content is 7.5~20.9m3/t and the average value is12.6m3/t. In the north of the coal mine area, the gas content is 3.0~12.4m3/t and the average value is 8.2m3/t. The unbalance coal metamorphism is the basic condition that causes the above phenomenon characteristics of Erdaoling mining area. The strike reverse fault developed in coal seam of the central of coal mine area and Erdaoling syncline with both ends up are the key reasons that cause unbalance gas distribution.

Selecting the typical representative locations such as 3297 fully mechanized working face in Zhaogezhuang coal mines of Tangshan Kailuan Mining Company, outburst index and the level of risk with different outburst foretoken were studied. With the method of normalization, the severity of outburst consequence corresponding to kinds of outburst foretoken was obtained. And using SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science)‘s Logistic regression analysis,the Logistic regression equation for predicting new index with combination of point and sphere was gained. The research results showed, Logistic regression equation for predicting new index with combination of point and sphere does not only to realize outburst severity probability quantitatively,but also can improve the forecast accuracy rate whether it will have outburst or not.

Coal water slurry (CWS) was prepared using Shenhua coal blending from Shenhua Group Co. Ltd and high-concentration printing and dyeing wastewater. The slurry ability of CWS was studied and the comparison experiments were also conducted. The results indicated that the prepared coal water slurry has advantages, i.e., perfect concentration, good flow property and shear viscosity smaller than 1200 mPa?s when the dosage of coal water slurry additive (LS-A) was 0.7%. The static stability was excellent and the slurry ability showed no change when the pH value of printing and dyeing wastewater increased. The slurry was Bingham-plastic fluid and yield pseudoplastic fluid, and it had rheological property of shear-thinning, which could meet the actual needs of production and transportation.

In this paper, on the basis of slime sample collected from plant, by establishing the model slurry system and modifying its characteristic continuously, the influence and mechanism of five key factors including feed solid content, amount of fine clay(-0.045mm),water hardness, pH and pharmacy system, which have influences on fine particles sedimentation in coal slurry are researched. In accordance with three evaluations index including settling velocity, supernatant turbidity and sediment flock compression the critical point of marked change of flocculation of coal slurry is identified. Relation models of settling velocity, supernatant turbidity with different factors above are established, and theoretical basis and reference for automatic control and management is provided.

Lignite samples were first dried using internal heating process with gaseous heat carrier in rotary dryer, and then analyzed with chemical methods, BET method and infrared spectroscopy to determine the changes in oxygen-containing functional group contents as the drying temperature was changed, as well as the changes in specific surface area and pore volume. showing the influences of internal heating process with gaseous heat carrier on coal surface structure. The experiment results indicate that content of oxygen-containing functional groups decreases as the drying temperature increases; it is mainly carboxyl groups that are removed below 280℃ while phenolic hydroxyl groups are removed above 280℃.Below 330℃, surface area and pore volume decreases as temperature increases, with a significant increase at 380℃.

During the coal mine integration, there have been many small fault that affect the safety product by the ways such as methane and floods. So it necessary to study the mechanism. Because of the inhomogeneity, anisotropy and discontinuity, the mechanical property of rock masses are more complex than other materials. The rock masses are regarded as the macroscopic continuous body and the elastic-plasticity theory is adopted in rock masses analysis. The previous model of rock masses cannot disclosure the failure mechanics, which is that the initiation and expansion and interaction of micro crack form the macro broken zone and urge the failure of rock. So it is significant that the macro failure mechanics of rock are studied in the mesomechanical scale. In this paper the macro stress-strain relation of rock and shear-band evolution and failure law are simulated in the mesomechanical scale. The results show that shear bands form after peak stress and near the point of peak stress. The rearrangement of particles arising from the elastic rock deformation after loading generate local regions of stress concentration and intrigue tension oblique to the plane of shearing. Tension cracks are caused by this tension. Both tension cracks and shear cracks grow and interact each other, eventually form the macro crack bands, namely shear bands. In the shear bands tension cracks predominate. The volume expansion of rock is caused by the open and growth of tension cracks. After the formation of the shear bands, rock behave obvious fabric softening, but the rock material softening.

This paper simulated the energy saving and emission reduction in coal mine areas, with coal mine area as the study object, system dynamics as the methodology, and Chaohua mine (belongs to Zhen Zhou Coal Group Corporation Ltd. ) which has a large degree of universality as the study case. Then three main energy consumption (material consumption, electricity consumption and raw coal consumption) and five main wastes (water waste, solid waste, SO2, carbon and dust) were analyzed through the simulation results. At last, relationships between the above indices and raw coal were systematically discussed, meanwhile, main direction of energy saving and emission reduction in coal mine areas were analyzed, which both provided the necessary scientific foundation for the policy making of energy saving and emission reduction in coal mine areas.

In this paper we consider routing in MANET combining with characteristics of heading face of coal mine underground. Due to the limited energy , the lifetime of network will be shorted because of heavy load and fast energy consumption. we propose a algorithm. By the algorithm we construct a multicast tree which has a source node as root and has a path from the root to every destination node, and seek a balance point in the minimization and maximization of network lifetime. Experiments show that this algorithm is very effective on saving of energy consumption and load-balance in mine underground.

In order to meet requesting of our coal enterprise's normal production, combing with the enterprise information’s demand, the Study on the Application of coal Mobile private network Based on TD-SCDMA was proposed. The study held that the application of coal mobile private network should be solved including ground and underground parts. For existing system of mine, it should make a smooth upgrade in order to achieve integrated mine communication systems and multi-service integrated platform and give full play to wireless communication advantages of mobile private network. To provide localized service scheduling, collectivize management business scheduling and warning of the wide-area scheduling. For gas, production, equipment multi-business monitoring, detection systems, it provides channels of data transmission wireless by coverage of TD-SCDMA network of underground. The controlling center of ground provides accurate position of underground’s all staff through the TD-SCDMA network and convert it into information of interest.

Abstract: with the rapid development of social economy, the fairness of social wealth distribution is being paid more and more attention; the key problems are the performance assessment of organizations at all levels and the distribution system design and study. We not only study the feasibility of evaluation index system of organization and the weight of each index, but also possess the pay distribution methods of incentive mechanism performance. This article adopt the analytic hierarchy process to study the index of the performance, and design reasonable distribution of wages model by using the weight of every level, also make the wage distribution of coal mine enterprise more reasonable, management more intensive.
