This paper on the basis of the calculation formulas of the coal pillar’s reserve-width now, according to the Characteristics of the surrounding rock stress in deep inclined seam, the several effects are considered comprehensively, including the coal seam pitch、goaf obturation of roof caving 、injured biliary of coal on mining effect and so on, this paper deduces the theoretical calculation formula of section coal pillar’s reasonable reserve-width in deep inclined seam, the method has been applied to the Sheng Li Mine, which has brought considerable technologica and economic achievements. The research has directive significance in solving the section coal pillar’s reasonable reserve-width in deep inclined seam.

Coal mining area directly over the bottom of the aquifer above the coal strata, with the construction and production of the mine, surface water levels in the aquifer will be gradually decreased, the effective stress in the soil increased, causing the consolidation settlement of soil around the well bore , applied to the wellbore to a very large vertical additional force (also referred to as negative friction), that will send up the vertical load of the wellbore, with the strata of the decline, vertical additional force increases, eventually leading to shaft damage due to insufficient strength. In order to improve the reliability of minning power supply system, this paper designed the digtal controlled three-phase inverter for mine EPS centering on TMS320F2812 DSP based on the advatages that highly integration of control circuit, precise control precision, stable performance, ect and experimental analysis.The output waveform showed that the digtal controlled inverter could ensure better stability and power quality both at full load and no-load.

The paper analyses the insufficiency of Chinese heating and insulation in existing buildings in the existing building, and explains the background of heating insulation development. Using Handan existing building energy saving for example, this paper proposes the modification measures by the external walls of existing buildings on the implementation of the transformation of aluminum foil inside the thermal insulation, and describes the wall moisture-proof improvements and their economic analysis. In order to study the inlfuence of prestress and glass stiffness on the loading capacity of cable truss for point supported glass curtain wall, the paper has made theoretic analysis on cable truss glass curtain wall working in cooperation with glass panels and without glass panels. Horizontal load was applied to the cable truss under different prestress and with the glass panels so that the loading capacity of the cable truss could be researched in the way of numerical simulation. The results show that: the smaller the pretress of the cable, the larger the effect of the glass. The stiffness of glass contributes somewhat to the loading capacity of the cable truss since it reduces the deflection of the cable truss.

Studied the factors affecting the heavy volume of gas pumping, and combined with Jiulishan's mine drainage from 2006 to 2010 data, analysised of the factors affecting the mine pumping heavy volume, used correlation analysis of the spss software and got the main factors of gas pumping heavy volume which were Effective total length of the coal hole,Tons of coal drilling length,100mm diameter drainage pipe percentage of total length of drainage pipe.Using spss software for multiple linear regression,Established the prediction model of a gas pumping heavy volume.According to predictions, indicating that useing the model to predict the heavy volume of the mine gas pumping is feasible.

Aimed to solve the low efficiency of mine pneumatic pump, this paper employs uniform distribution and experimental design to optimize the performance of pump. Using the U-D design the experiments for the blade chord height and nozzle angle of pneumatic turbine which are influencing the performance were carried out. The better matching schemes were gotten by regression analysis. The single factor experiments showed that the blade chord height affects the performance heavily and the nozzle angle influences the most. And the experiments proved U-D Design is a good way for multi level experiments.

In this paper, RFPA2D Rock Failure Process Analysis System Ningiaota mine of Shen-fu coalfield under the shallow buried coal seam of thick overburden the first thin bedrock seam N1201 Face overburden during the mining process to simulate the overlying strata movement evolution law. Simulation of the coal mining after the overlying rock breaking process of development, reveals the working face advancing process rock breaking mechanism and to pressure characteristics and the coal seam roof support pressure variation, and with the mine field measurement pressure step were analyzed, these research results for the future exploitation of mining similar to the Face of Shen-fu coalfield roof strata control management and provides an important reference value.

Abstract: In order to analyse the stress distribution and deformation law between roadway’s sides after the roadway excavated, and to determine the reasonable and effective support method, taking the Zhenchengdi actual mine production for background, using the combinational research methods of the elastic-plastic theory and field measurement to calculated the coal seam stress distribution and coal stress limit balance area between roadway’s sides; the measured analysis of the roadway surrounding rock stress and convergence deformation value, the theoretical and measured results are more consistent. The coal seam surrounding rock stress and deformation value observed in the later stages of practice suffered less impact of coal mining after the full deformation of the excavated roadway.

In order to master the mine pressure behavior law and the roof structure stability of long-wall mining face with shallow depth seam, taking the No.1307 longwall coal face in YuYang Mine as the background, design Ground pressure observation program and conducted site observations. Analyzed the pressure behavior of long-wall mining with the shallow depth seam and Overburden failure law, and the roof initial weighting distance between two step of the coal mining face was 78m, and the second weighting distance 93 m, face cycle weighting distance from the range of 6.4 ~ 8.1m. By the analysis instability of key block, the maximum mining height should be less than 2.31m. The coefficient of key block sliding instability does not occur is greater than or equal to 1, while the actual calculation coefficient is 0.4. Therefore, the gob roof of working face rear in will occur a sudden collapse every once in the actual mining process, Caused by Support dumping, folding beam column and so on down, For the same shallow depth seam mining provides some reference.

Abstract: The 12 coal seam of Zhao Gezhuang mine is its primary mineable and big thickness coal seam, and the overlying of it is the 9 coal seam which has high gas outburst and hard roof problem, so it’s decided to use upward mining to cause the later a certain pressure relief so as to exploit it smoothly and also meet the mine’s production requirement. The distance between of both coal seams is only 38 meters, and the thickness of the lower 12 coal seam is 11 meters, so it will destroy the upper 9 coal seam greatly to exploit the 12 coal seam in a whole. The article uses software of UDEC to analyze and research the destroyed situation of the 9 coal seam by mining a different upper layer thickness of the 12 coal seam in the same model based on the Zhao Gezhuang mine’s geological conditions, compares with the theoretical result and designs the upper layer thickness of the 12 coal seam in its upward mining.

Abstract :It gives the range of action point of resultant force in a good support by force analysis of two kinds of fully mechanized top-coal caving support type, at the same time it analyzes the influence of distance between action point of resultant force and working face to roof break principle under two kinds of support type. The analysis show that join forces has a small range and closes to the working face under two-leg shield support; the farther the distance between action point of resultant force and working face,the greater the roof fracture setp;the intensity of roof weighting is greater when the four-leg support shield-type is supporting in the same geological conditions,so the two-leg shield support of top coal caving has more advantages when the condition of coal seam is right.The results have some guiding significance to roof support and selection of support types.

The functional groups changes of lignite reacting in oxygen and nitrogen respectively during programmed temperature rising condition were tested. The heating effects on the spontaneous combustion of lignite were studied. It can be concluded that the changing trend of the main active functional groups is decreasing during the initial stage and then increasing with the temperature rising. Reaction will occur in lignite even barely in the heating effect. However, the effect tendency of heating and oxidation on the functional groups in coal is identical.

A new pneumatic classification equipment of wet fine coal and its working principles are introduced in this paper and some classification experiments of wet fine coal had been carried out with this classifier. The impact of quantity of bottom wind, external moisture of coal and quantity of top wind on the efficiency of classification was explored. The result was obtained that the arbitrary particle size vary from 0 to 6 mm of wet coal could be classified and the total classification efficiencies reached 75 percent when the external moisture of raw coal is below 8 percent.

Based on the interaction mechanism of internal baffles what the sieve plates is used as, it studies the law of fluidization characteristics for air heavy medium fluidized bed .The study indicates internal baffles can regulate the density and void ratio of the air heavy medium fluidized bed and make the pressure drop relatively alleviated, making the fluctuations variance of fluidized beds’ density drop to 0.63×10-2below , so it contributes to the improving of the fluidization quality of a fluidized bed.

Abstract: The paper takes the dry separation of South African coal by air heavy dense medium fluidized bed separator as research object, explore the migration characteristics of harmful trace elements in dry separation, and analyze the distribution situation of As、Ba、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Hg、Mn、Ni、Pb、Sb、Se、Zn in products of different size range, in order to study the removal effect of harmful trace elements in coals by dry separation. The experimental results show that dry separation of South African coal can effectively remove the harmful trace elements, the removal rates of Cr and Cu are more than 50%, the removal rates of As and Mn are nearly 50%, the removal rate of Co is up to 39%. Air heavy dense medium fluidized bed separator can be taken as a economical and efficient pollution control means for harmful trace elements before combustion in South Africa.

When the coal layer is affected by mining engineering, in order to analyse the rule of gas permeability which is caused during the process of rising and dropping of the origin rock, we utilized a system of MYS-I to study the relationship between gas permeability and various confining pressure and pore pressure through the method of changing surrounding rock pressure and pore pressure aiming at the coal sample. The results suggest that the surrounding rock pressure has a great effect on gas permeability of coal body. When gas pressure remains unchanged , with the increasing of surrounding rock pressure, the gas permeability decreases quickly at first, but when decreases to a certain degree, it changes slowly; When surrounding rock pressure remains unchanged, the relationship between gas pressure and gas permeability follows a trend of downward at first, upward later.

To determine the impact of high-performance concrete compound on concrete performance,and to select the best fit mine preferred construction concrete compound, mixed-level orthogonal design test program was designed to study the mixing of mortar admixtures mobility and 3 days and 28 days flexural strength of the specimen. The results showed that: the selected high-performance concrete compound and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer on fluidity of concrete have a significant impact.There are the interaction between high-performance concrete compound and polycarboxylate. In the compound of the same quality instead of cement mortar specimens, compounds have no significant effect on the bending strength of cement mortar.

Abstract: In Wenchuan Earthquake, what the earthquake damage of frame structure mainly manifested is failure to achieve strong column weak beam damage mechanism. This paper analyzes the impact of improving the column end moment augment factor to the strong column weak beam damage mechanism in the the old and new seismic code coefficient by pushover nonlinear static elasto-plastic analysis method,and explores the damage mechanism of frame structure with few shear wall under earthquake . The results show that frame structure with few shear wall can ensure the formation of the strong column weak beam damage mechanism.
