The Size Parameter Optimization Based On ANSYS Of Roof Tray

Abstract: This article focus on the phenomenon about the damage and destruction to upperplate grappling system caused by unreasonable tray dimension design which make anchorage System invalidate, utilizing static force analysis modules of finite-elements software----ANSYS to conduct emulational simulation on the different spherical shell height and thickness traies and obtian reasonable size parameters of Tray under fixed axial force effect.Combined with practical situation and the existing economic and technological conditions, it conducts comparative analysis to trays with same spherical shell thickness but different height,same spherical shell height but different thickness.Then proposes the dominant factors effected mechanics characters of tray under these two situations,which offer a reference to tray size parameters optimization.
