Application on unequal lengths adjusting mining of fully-mechanized caving face under complex geological conditions at large inclined angle

Aiming at adjustable inclined mining at fully-mechanized mining face under complex geological conditions such as large inclination, unequal length and double-slope, this paper determines an adjustable inclined program, that is, the substitution of two stages of adjustable inclined mining for that kind of mining at a time through caving wall reasonably, by analyzing the normal technical parameters of fully-mechanized mining face. It is proved that this program has solved such difficult problems of adding support frequently, conveyer overlapping and unequal length adjustable inclined mining, which can be used to guide the optimization of adjustable inclined mining program.

Abstract: In this paper, in order to got reasonable protective coal pillar width of south sing roadway in Wolonghu coal mine, from meeting the need to protect the stability of coal pillar ,and according to the theory of rock damage zone of stope tip, the protective coal pillar width was estimated. Combined with numerical simulation for different coal pillar width,carried out a comparative analysis of the stress field,the ultimate pillar width is got. Furthermore, it put forward proposals for future roadway maintenance, provides a reference for normal exploitation in Wolonghu coal mine.

Dewatering is one of the most important water control technology programs in coal mine,how to reasonably choose the design parameters of dewatering related to the success or failure of the whole project. In this paper, based on three pumping tests in a mining area, such as the single hole pumping test, the group pumping test and the interference hole pumping test, both the transmissibility of aquifer and the spacing of well were discussed to determined the design parameters of dewatering project reasonably. With practical example, the transmissibility is verified according to the drawdown data of dewatering well, which shows that the result of interference hole pumping test are reliable. In addition, selecting appropriate spacing of well is the key when designing the dewatering projects.

ABSTRACT: The independent control of instantaneous active power and reactive power is obtained based on the direct power control mathematical model of three-phase voltage-type PWM rectifiers in synchronous d-q coordinates and power feed-forward decoupling. A control strategy of using outer dc voltage loop and inner power loop is proposed. Good tracking properties of dc voltage of three phase voltage source PWM rectifier are obtained by using this control strategy. The system controllers are given in the paper. The control strategy is proved feasible by using MATLAB.

The surrounding rock environment for return-air roadway in 12th mine area boundary is complex in YangChangWan coal mine,the section is semi-circular arch,the area of driving is 19.2m2,which is a large section roadway.The F201 fault is exposed during the process of driving,the drop of fault is greater than 25m,which seriously affects the smooth cut through for tunnel.Based on the great fault drop,large number of emission water,soft and broken rock on fault plane,according to the calculation of safety water pressure for water-resisting layer in tunnel roof and the systematic research on security measures for construction,the technical craft of full-section accomplished by one time,"guiding water - advanced support - injecting plastic for reinforcement" is formulated,these measures ensure the smoothly driving through fault,Which is proved by practical.The successful application of this technology has accumulated experiences for the technology of passing the fault in similar conditions,which provides some reference for other cases.

Abstract: Force state of coal face supports related to support type choice and support effect using top coal caving mining method. Considering the force under goaf coal and rock refuse for support shield beam, according to four column type support, from the support force theory view to study total resistance and its load position, give the determined formula for each influence factor, meanwhile analyze the influential action for that parameters using the method of control variables. It provides evidence for quantitative studing the value of total resistance and its load position, it also has reference value for support rational selection and design in given coal face conditions.

Aimed at the construction land of multi-coal seams and complicated goaf, a geological model of the multi-coal seams and complicated goaf was established and repeatedly calculated and adjusted to get the ground movement and deformation and vertical stress with the method of probability-integral combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation , based on the surface residue subsidence value calculated with the probability-integral and the comprehensive the rock test results as well as the project analogy experiment. In the mean time, a new method and program for calculating buildings stability of the goaf based on FLAC3D was put forward to solve the problem of buildings stability of the goaf, which simulate the disadvantages of the probability-integral could not reflect the stress of geologic bodies.

For the surrounding rock of fault has high degree of the fragmentation and large scope, when the driving face encounter the fault, the roof falling accident is prone to occur. In order to prevent the roof falling scope expansion and ensure the construction safety and quik fixes of the roadway, this paper analyses the roof falling traits and causes of roadway with fault and broken roof, basing on the practical situation of 7425 material roadway. With response to the poor stability of the loose coal and rock and leaking along the tunneling of the leaking and falling roadway, it is proposed the bumping beam method to support temporarily and makeup false roof, to strengthen the false roof with chemical grouting, to support the roadway with the fault and broken roof using the combined support of bolt-net-cable and shed.The results show that with the use of this method, it is able to improve the integrity and carrying capacity of the rock, as long as ensuring the construction safety, achieving the desirable results.

And then the wavelet multi-resolution analysis method was used to extract the trend of oblique angle signal. Finally, according to the relation between oblique angle signal and steelwork deflection, the deflection fault location and severity were analyzed quantitatively.

As the main failure mode in deep adjoining rock chamber,floor heave is one of the most difficult problems need to be solved in deep coal mines and other subsurface projects. How to control the floor heave effectively becomes a crucial matter that should be taken into account in supporting engineering. Based on geological conditions of rock masses and measurements of in situ stress, four numerical models are set up to optimize the control of floor heave which will be occurred in -848m level of a mine in Huainan area. A set of scientific technological measures of controlling the floor heave presented. Numerical simulations of the models have been performed and compared for the best floor heave controlling for both the stability and convenient construction. The optimal control of floor heave is suggested based on numerical results of distribution of plastic zones, and displacements at key points. The optimal scheme is applied into the practical case.

To study the relationship between absorption constants in Langmuir equation and temperature, isothermal adsorption experiments with a temperature of 30℃, 40℃, 50℃, 60℃ and 70℃are carried out.. The equipment used in the experiments is HCA high pressure volumetric method gas adsorption experimental system, and the coal sample is got from the 8# coal-bed of Chongqing Energy Investment group Songzao C&E CO. LTD.. The experimental results show that when temperature keeps constant, adsorption capacity will increase with the increase of gas pressure and it tends to be a stable value; when gas pressure keeps constant, the adsorption constant a will decrease with the increase of temperature, the adsorption constant b will decrease linearly with the increase of temperature; a and b respectly have a quadratic function relationship and a linear relationship with temperature T.

The results show that the indexes chose by the assessing model can well reflect the danger of coal or gas outburst and can be used to direct coal mine’s production. The foundation of the model can provide scientific and theoretical basis for the evaluation and predition of coal and gas outburst.

The paper used orthogonal test method to study mixture ratio test of low strength similarity material in coal-rock mass. Selecting sand and calcium carbonate and gypsum mixed low strength similarity material according with coal-rock mass mechanics quality . Ratio of sand vs glue and cement and bulk density had more notable effect on uniaxial compressive strength (UCS) with similarity material. Test result analysis manifested regression curve equation can be used selecting low strength similarity material mixture ratio that UCS value was given accurately.

Based on triaxial tests of fine sandstone, the stress-strain curves at different confining pressures were obtained as well as axial strain-lateral strain curves. From the curves it was observed that stress peak point and the point of fault formation were different for the rock. It is shown that the fault is produced and fractured rock slides on the fault surfaces, while confining pressure, material strength and structure effect of blocks affect the post failure behaviour. Irregular blocks from the tests were poured in concrete samples and tested using a shear apparatus. Shear strength of rock blocks was attained. Compared to test results of block undergone different loading history, it is shown that designed confining pressures produce minor effefct to material strength of blocks and strength parameters from compression and shear tests have difference.

Air dense medium fluidized bed will have certain thickness of gangue layer deposited on the bed bottom during the industrial operation practice, the gangue layer will influence on the fluidization characteristics and stability of the bed. Through the different proportion of gangue layer simulating the formed secondary bed, studied the influence on the performance of the fluidized bed. The change of pressure drop and the density distribution in the vertical and horizontal direction of the fluidized bed was studied before and after the formation of the secondary gangue bed. The results indicate that: when there is secondary gangue bed, the difference of vertical density of the fluidized bed become smaller. Under the condition of the same weight but different grain composed of secondary bed, the bed density difference between the high and low level in fluidized bed is less than 68 mg/cm3. When particle composition 6~13mm:13~25mm:25~50mm for 7:2:1 ratio, the only difference value just is 17mg/cm3. Bed delamination phenomenon weakens obviously, bed density stability gets to a certain extent rise, the fluidzation quality of bed is improved.

Principle of the Falcon centrifugal gravity separator was discussed in this paper. Fine coal on desulfurization tests in Wannan was carried out by using the enhanced gravity separator Falcon. And the four operating parameters to desulphurization effect of centrifugal separation were discussed too. At the same time, comparation of distribution release of flotation with Falcon centrifugal separation test was analyzed. It showed that the desulphurization effect of Falcon centrifugal separation was superior to conventional flotation; Integrated desulfurization efficiency can reach to 66.83% which was biggest when the feeding rate was 3.94L/min, feeding density 10%, flushing pressure 4psi and the rotation frequency 40Hz.

Abstract:This paper took the cryptocrystalline graphite in coal bed which was gotten from Guizhou as the research object. First, the experiment analyzed the raw ore’s chemical and mineral compositions. Second, took the acid-base roasting method, and added in suitable base to the sample under the condition of high temperature in order to remove the major silicon and partly impurities. After the reaction, added some acid to remove other impurities under a certain degree .Last, distinguished the difference between the cryptocrystalline graphite and anthracite. The electron probe and SEM results showed that conducted sample was highly purification cryptocrystalline graphite.
