The idler shaft is an important component part of shearer, and the stress distribution of idler shaft is worked out for Finite Element Analysis in the environment of ANSYS-Workbench after carrying on parametric modeling of shearer idler shaft. The relationship curve between all the parameters and maximum stress is worked out after changing the parameters of maximum stress effects on the sensitivity analysis. The idler shaft design is optimized using the curved surface from sensitivity analysis which makes the premise to meet the strength to reduce the weight of the idler shaft and cost savings.

To solve the problems in tunnel roof abscission layer online monitoring system, such as fixed topology, poor node scalability, measurement results cannot be uploaded automatically, the comprehensive analysis of measurement results is difficult. In the paper, a roof abscission layer detection system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network is proposed, the paper also introduces the principle and implementation of system project. It has the core of STC12C5A single-chip microcomputer, and realizes the accurate measurement of displacement by using the fine drag-rope displacement sensor, and realizes the data communication and sharing by using CC2420 wireless transceiver module. The sensor transmits the measurement results to the sub-station in a way of wireless communication, then the ground monitoring computer achieves real-time, reliable monitoring of underground roof separation condition according to the information uploaded by sub-station.

According to the practical coal mine safety production, the paper introduces the overall framework of the coal mine gas detection alarm instrument basing on single chip microcomputer (SCM). Then the paper introduces the detailed design for each part of the hardware of the coal mine gas detection alarm. The paper proposes the design block diagram of hardware circuit and the design block diagram of software program. Finally the paper verifies the correctness and feasibility of the design and content by using proteus software. The simulation proofs that the coal mine gas detection alarm instrument basing on single chip microcomputer (SCM) has application value on the monitor and control system in coal mine safety production.

Based on the monitoring difficulties of dynamic ground fissure development characteristic and the problems of prior technology in the windy and sandy region with high tension caving mining, a new monitoring device had been invented, and the detail of operating method and processing technique of data had been described. Fixing rod, raster dial, pointer system, leveling base and other components constituted this device, the small variations of fissure form during the mining process can be obtained by projection value changes of pointer on the raster dial. It had obtained National Utility Model Patents and applied to monitor the dynamic ground fissure in 12406 working face. The application result indicates that the degree and time of expansion of dynamic ground fissure due to high tension mining caving is smaller than before. The development characteristic of dynamic ground fissure without obvious heads ,however,the width shows two ‘cracking-closure’ stages, with approximate equal durations. The process and characteristics of development of dynamic ground fissure has further validated ground movement and deformation caused by high tension and rapid caving mining.

Based on coal enterprise coal quality management information system, adopting the thought of role-based access control model and analyzing the limitations of the model, putting forward with a models with some improvements, the model assign role to user and set permission to role, realizing the separation of users and permissions, reduce licensing complexity. In further research of coal quality management information system access control features, designs and implementes the access control system, the framework uses a four-layer architecture to ensure high cohesion and low coupling of the program, and improve the security and scalability of the system, results show that the system can improve efficiency of coal enterprise access control management and would have wide application prospects.

In this paper, starting from how to increase the amount of pre-pumping gas essentially, by way of calculation and analysis of porosity and the amount of dissociative gas, we got some basic conclusions of gas extraction in pressure releasing area of closed distance coal seam group, which verified on the basis of the measured field parameters and statistics. Computational analysis and field experiments show that the increased porosity plays a decisive role for increase in the amount of dissociative gas and effect enhancement of gas extraction in pressure releasing area. Maximum of porosity and dissociative gas of pressure releasing coal seam appear in the range of 60 m in the rear of the protective coalface, where pressure relief gas extraction works best.

With the use of Drucker-Prager principle, derive the plastic zone boundary line equation of the roadway, and predict the size and shape of the plastic zone of surrounding rock on different pressure coefficient; The introduction of the intermediate principal stress coefficient, using univariate analysis, projections the variation of the radius of the plastic zone of surrounding rock stand-by different intermediate principal stress. when we calculate the Lateral pressure coefficient, draw a compare between the dimension of roadway plasticity with the principle of D-P and M-C. More distance from 1 of Lateral pressure coefficient , more error between lateral stress and vertical stress of roadway plasticity ,and more influence to the dimension and direction of roadway. With the growth of middle Principal stress, the sphere of plasticity decrease. As a result, paying proper consideration will enhance the safety of engineer practise and more economic benefit in the days to come.

Using combination method of long wire rope and on-site industrial field tests to carry out the end leakage risk mechanism and reinforcement technology research of fully-mechanized face with large mining height and the soft and broken roof。The results show that: the reason of face with large mining height and the soft and broken roof occurred the end leakage risk should not due to face pressure abnormal, and there is no causal link between the two;support structure, setting load, the level of workers to operation face front abutment pressure have effect on the end surface leakage risk;using long wire rope or anchor and grouting joint reinforcement, constitutes a new type of space grid-like reinforcing way, this method can be well controlled the end leakage risk occured on the soft and broken roof , the successfully applied in the field ensured the safety of recovery.

Based on coal geological exploration data, CBM testing drilling data and production data, W01 well of Panzhuang Block in southern Qinshui Basin was taken as the research object, the actual production data of 3# and 15# coal was fitted by Comet3 numerical simulation software to get some important reservoir parameters like reservoir permeability and gas content. Interference Coefficient was introduced to this paper and its sensitivity to reservoir parameters was discussed by controlling single variable method. According to the simulate of CBM production and reservoir pressure under the condition of single layer exploitation and commingled exploitation, the formation mechanism of interlamination interference during exploration was discussed. The results show that there is a big difference in coal reservoir pressure variation and delivery between single layer exploitation and commingled exploitation. Moreover, every coal seam has its unique reservoir character. All of these cause the great diversity in coal seam proportion within critical desorption pressure and CBM desorption ability and further make Interllamination interference. With the gas exploration, the Interllamination interference extent will decrease first and then increase and then decrease again. What affect Interllamination interference most are Permeability, porosity and Langmuir volume of coal while original reservoir pressure affects less.

Abstract:In this paper, the dynamic features of paste-like slurry flow in curved section of pipeline transportation are researched by numerical simulation, the related physical parameters of paste-like slurry are determined, and the mathematic model is chosen. By simulating with FLUENT software, the distribution characteristics of velocity field and pressure field in curved pipeline are obtained. Then the simulated results are compared with theoretical calculation. The research result is of some instructional significance and applied value.

First of all,the 3D geological model of some Tunnel was built due to the situation of the tunnel lining cracking. Secondly, the cracking causes were investigated and analyzed based on the geological model from aspects of geography, geological conditions and underground water. Thirdly,the mechanism being interaction between tunneling and slop slipping was proposed and was predominantly assumed as the factor leading to lining cracking. Finally, the construction recommendations were made, involving strengthening tunnel support and slope uploading.

The makeup and work principle based on full hydraulic brake system for rubber tire vehicle was introduced. Dynamic characteristics about brake pressure of full hydraulic brake system for rubber tire vehicle was studied by experimentation. Then, it was analyzed how the length of vitta influence dynamic characteristics about brake pressure. In order to grasp dynamic characteristics about brake pressure in diverse work conditions, brake pressure was tested in static state and dynamic state of rubber tire vehicle. The results indicated that: full hydraulic brake system can adapt to rubber tire vehicle very well, with brake pressure responding quickly, which assured rubber tire vehicle brake capability and improved its security and reliability. The experimental study afforded bases for design on full hydraulic brake system for rubber tire vehicle.

According to the actual condition that the concentrate ash from the flotation can’t reach the target in Shanghaimiao Central Coal Preparation Plant, size analysis date of the sample showed it was typical high ash ultra-fine slime. To simulate the deslime-flotation process, the -0.045mm was mixed partly with the +0.045mm. Compared with the roughing-cleaning process, the deslime-flotation process can also reduce the concentrate ash. However, the deslime-flotation process increased substantially the feed-proportion of the +0.045mm, and it can hardly promote the flotation of the -0.045mm. The roughing-cleaning process ensured the quality of cleaned coal, and it also promote the flotation of the -0.045mm, the recovery of cleaned coal was enhanced as well.

A method of short duration power quality disturbance based on S-transform has been proposed. The data which has been extracted from the result of the S-transform, the S-complex matrix as well as the S-mode matrix, are used to analysis the amplitude of the voltage of the three-phase short-circuit fault dips, the phase transition duration and harmonic content. By analyzing simulation results, this method shows a good detection quality of the characteristics of three-phase short-circuit fault voltage dips.

Abstract: The basic principle of the three-phase voltage-source PWM rectifier was analyzed and the mathematical model was built.Aiming at the problem that traditional double-loop PI contol is difficult to achieve good contorl effect,a control strategy that the outer control loop is based on feed-forword compensation with output voltage feed-back control and the current-loop is based on sliding-mode control is studied.Using the voltage loop keep the DC voltage stability and control the recitifer’s power flow, and the current loop contorl AC current tracking with the AC voltage’s phase,then the reversible flow of energy and unity power factor are achieved.Finally, simulation results of the MATLAB/SIMULINK show the feasibilty and effectiveness of the contol strategy.

Coal resources exploration in the complex geologic conditions areas is one focus of coal resources exploration in the Huaibei-Huainan coalfields. Taking Luoyuan exploration area as an example, this paper analyzes the occurrence characteristics of coal seam and tectonic characteristics, exploration method and exploration model of coal resources in the complex geologic conditions areas. This paper emphasizes the importance of the regional tectonic framework and the coal controlled structural style of the coal resources exploration in the complex geologic conditions areas, and systematically summarizes the choice of the exploration technology, the arrangement of exploration project, the obtaining of the mining geological conditions. On this basis, the exploration model of coal resources is established in the complex geologic conditions areas, which makes full use of existing resources, strengthens the research of the regional tectonic framework, the coal controlled structural style and the mining geology conditions, takes the drilling and directional drilling as the principal exploration technology and auxiliary various exploration methods. It has achieved the integration of coal exploration and development, and has positive significance for the rise of the technical level of the coal resources exploration under the complex geologic conditions in the Huaibei-Huainan coalfields.

The multi-coalbeds area in Bide-santang Basin was taken as the study object. Depending on the results of previous researchs and combined with the isothermal adsorption and desorption experiments of 13 coal samples from different secondary synclines and the date of two CBM testing wells, the character of adsorption and desorption in coal reservoir under different gas-bearing systems was analysed and the relativity between gas-bearing system and the character of adsorption desorption was discussed. The research shows that with the coal layer going down the changing rules of adsorption character couldn’t match neither the vertical mutability in unattached multiple superposed CBM system nor the vertical monotonicity in unified multiple CBM system. There is no direct relationship between the type of CBM-bearing system and coal adsorptive capacity. Desorption has a lag compared to adsorption, and the smaller the Langmuir pressure is, the more obvious the lag shows. In unified multiple CBM system, the vertical desorption character of the same coalbeds shows inconformity and so does it in unattached multiple CBM system. The type of gas-bearing system can’t control desorption character in multi-coalbeds area. Thus, under muti-coalbeds conditions, the factor that can really affect adsorption and desorption is the reservoir conditions and coal properties, not the CBM-bearing system types.

Based on analysis of 12 on 101-2 mining face practice in Ha Lagou coal mine of Shendong mine area, pressure law, working resistance of support, the problems encountered in the mining and economic and mining technology efficiency were analyzed and summarized of the first 450 meters overlong fully mechanized mining face. The results show that: the first pressure behavior presents a segments characteristics and being of strong pressure behavior. The size of cycle exists and the pressure distribution along the face presented “three peak W-type” characteristics. The ahead affect scope and impact of two crossheading in the 450 meters overlong face are similar to the general length face. The reasonable support resistance of 12 on 101-2 face is 10569kN and the adopted supports are able to meet the requirements of the supporting. The tunneling rate is significantly reduced, recovery rate, ergonomics and the annual output is significantly improved in 450 meters overlong face. Safe and efficient mining technical support is provided for similar conditions in Shendong mine area.

To the multi coal layers of the mines, this paper researches the 10 m pillar abutment pressure distribution on pillars floor and roof, based on these three pillar sizes that lower pillar greater than or equal to, less than upper pillar were determined, and from three aspects to analysis each pillar on the influence of above pillar pressure relief degree, pillar peak pressure coefficient and at the bottom of the propagation depth. The results show the pillar pressure spread in different forms when in different pillar size combinations, single seam pillar pressure is "8" shape distribution in the roof and floor, however the vertical arrangement of the double seam pillar pressure in the floor with semi-elliptical transmission distribution. When pillar size less than upper pillar, the pillar pressure peak coefficient is low, floor propagation depth is smaller, and the above pillar pressure effect is better. The results for vertical arrangement pillar reasonable choose pillar size and promotion small coal pillar application to provide certain guiding significance.

   The characteristic of wireless transmission for mine is that it has big loss during transmission, short transmission distance, narrow transmission channel, big noise, limited transmission ability and low SNR(Signal Noise Ratio) of speech signal. Through analysis of the mine speech signal and noise signal, and based on the speech compression, this paper proposes a model for mine wireless voice signal compression. Using the real time communication system dynamic simulation software-Systemview to simulate the model of compression scheme and verify the feasibility of compression scheme. Test results show that: compression scheme can meet the design requirements when the speech signal frequency is in the range of 800-3000Hz and the sampling frequency is 4 to 6 times as the maximum frequency of speech signal.

No.3 seam of group A of 11113working face in Pan-Bei coal mine is 4.8~6.27m, ZZP6400/18/38 roof-net supports is used in fully mechanized slicing mining, the span length of cutting hole is 9m, the height of cutting hole is 3m. Pilot tunnel and the secondary tunneling are used to ensure the safety of the construction and supporting. Also, we devise the parameter of united support of net and bolt and observe the characteristic of the stress of bolt anchor cable and single prop in both surface and internal of the cutting hole. The results show that, the stability time of roadway surrounding rock of 9 meter-cutting hole is 10 days, which is longer than the cutting hole in smaller scale, the convergence between roof and floor is 52mm, the stress of bolt and anchor cable is larger in middle than in two sides. Basing on the analysis of the observation of mine pressure, optimizing the parameters of united supports, adding dense wood crib, and have a good effect of supporting.
