There would produce large of residue during indirect coal liquefaction processing, considered whether from comprehensive utilization of resources or from environmental protection, residue should be appropriately handled. Gasification slag, thermal power slag and precipitator dust came from a typical coal and chemical industry, there were the raw materials to prepare non-burnt brick, lime and cement were the excipients, gypsum was the activator. The mass proportions of all the prepared materials were: gasification slag 35.6%, thermal power slag 32.4%, precipitator dust 14%, lime 8%, cement 6% and gypsum 4%. The preparation section of non-burnt brick was preagitation, aging, secondary mixing, molding, steam curing, demoulding and detecting. The performance test of non-burnt brick including density, water absorption, compressive strength, freeze-thaw compressive strength, freeze-thaw quality loss rate, lime rupture and efflorescence fulfilled (JC/T 422-2007)and (GB11945-1999).
