三级结构单相电力电子变压器的实现

The Implementation of The Three-Stage Circuit in The Single-Phase Power Electronic Transformer

摘要: 电力电子变压器相比于传统变压器具有诸多优点,具有很好的研究前景。文章首先介绍了三级结构电力电子变压器各级电路组成及其功能,分析了各级电路的工作原理,选择合适的控制策略,运用DSP完成数字控制。设计制作了主电路、检测电路和驱动电路,搭建了单相电力电子变压器实验样机并测量了实验波形,验证了该设计的可实现性。

Abstract: Compared with the traditional Power Transformer, the power electronic transformer has many advantages. it has a good application prospect. Firstly, this article shows the configurations and the main functions of the three-stage circuit in the single-phase Power Electronic Transformer. Then, this paper analyzes the working principle of the rectifier stage, the isolation stage and the inverter stage. At the same time, this paper selects the appropriate control strategy and designs the digital control system with the DSP. This paper designs and builds the main circuit, the detection circuit and the driving circuit, and builds the experimental platform of the single-phase Power Electronic Transformer, then it gives the experiment waveforms to show the validity of the design.
