张家峁选煤厂智能化建设架构设计研究

Design on intelligent building framework of Zhangjiamao coal preparation plant

摘要: 利用网络化、信息化和人工智能等技术实现企业智能化建设是摆在煤炭企业面前的重大课题。在分析张家峁选煤厂构成和洗选工艺、产品结构、选煤厂管理与生产现状以及智能矿山和智能工厂建设思想的基础上,结合公司智能化应用平台,确定了选煤厂智能化建设的任务目标和具体内容。根据任务目标要求设计出选煤厂智能化的体系结构,包括层次划分、每一层次的作用与功能。在选煤厂智能化体系结构的基础上设计出智能化选煤厂的系统构成框图及其相互关系。智能化的体系结构和系统构成方案为选煤厂的智能化建设提供了依据。

Abstract: The intelligent building is an important task facing the coal enterprise using the networking, informatization and artificial intelligence technology. Based on the analysis of Zhangjiamao coal preparation plant composition and washing technology, product structure, management and production status quo, and the construction thought of intelligent mines and factory, combined with intelligent application platform of Zhangjiamao, task objects and specific contents of the intelligent building are determined. According to the requirements of the task objects, the intelligent architecture for the coal preparation plant is desiged, including a hierarchy, the role and function of each level. On the basis of the intelligent architecture, the system structure diagram also is desiged. Intelligent system structure and solutions for coal preparation plant of intelligent construction to provide the basis.
