孟村煤矿主井提升机房设计探讨

Discussion on Mengcun Coal Mine Main Shaft Hoist Building Design

摘要: 结合孟村煤矿主井提升机房的设计实践,从平面布置和竖向布置两方面探讨了主井提升机房建筑设计,研究了结构计算简图和截面尺寸估算方法,比较了PKPM和Midas软件对钢网架和混凝土结构共同工作的模拟结果,并从螺栓孔垫板处混凝土局部承压、箱型抗剪键、抗滑移和抗倾覆稳定性验算三方面介绍了提升机基础设计的要点,最后针对设计过程中应注意的问题提出几点体会。

Abstract: At present,most domestic coal mine adopts shaft development way with coal seam buried deeper and deeper in our country. Therefore, the effect of hoist building which is one of main hoisting system of the building is particularly important. Combined with the design of Mengcun coal mine main shaft hoist house, the article introduces architectural design,structure lectotype,calculation points and calculation of anti sliding and anti overturning of hoist foundation in detail, and puts forward some experiences about the problems that should be considered in the design process, to be discussed in this paper.
