摘要: 结合煤矿大量低浓度瓦斯和风排瓦斯排空无法有效利用的技术现状,详细介绍了瓦斯蓄热氧化低浓度瓦斯安全混配工艺设计。分别阐述了瓦斯蓄热氧化低浓度瓦斯安全混配原理、技术要求,提出具体技术指标,介绍混配系统工程应用情况。设计及运行现场应用表明:瓦斯蓄热氧化低浓度瓦斯安全混配系统安全、可靠、稳定,可满足瓦斯氧化综合利用项目用气需求。

Abstract: Abstract: Combined with the current technical status that a large number of low-concentration gas and ventilation air methane in the coal mining area cannot be effectively utilized,the author introduces in detail the design of safety mixing and regulation using low concentration gas storage oxidation. Explaining the principle and technical requirements separately,putting forward specific technical indicators,and introducing the application of system engineering about safety mixing and regulation using low concentration gas storage oxidation. Design and operation of field applications showed that the system is safe,reliable and stable. It can meet the gas demand of gas oxidation comprehensive utilization project.
