极近距离煤层破碎顶板工作面支架选型及应用

Selection and application of support for broken roof working face in ultra-close coal seam

摘要: 针对极近距离重复采动破碎顶板的复杂条件,以东瑞煤矿四盘区4303工作面为工程背景,首先通过理论分析得出支架支护强度为587.25kPa|其次在此基础上使用可视化研发程序研制出了ZY5000/12/26D型新型两柱掩护式液压支架,并给出技术特征|最后通过工程实践从支护阻力、运行特性、初撑力、煤壁片帮及冒顶等方面分析了支架的适应性。该支架使用效果良好,并为类似地质条件的支架设计提供了参考。

Abstract: According to the complex condition of broken roof under extreme close repetition mining, taking the determination of 4303 mechanized mining face in the fourth panel as the engineering background, firstly, the support strength was determined as 587.25kPa by theoretical analysis separately, and the type of ZY5000/12/26D support was developedbyVisual R & D program. Finally, from aspects of support resistance, operation characteristics, Initial bracing force, coal wall slate and roof fall, the suitability of the support was verified by engineering practice. The application of the support is good and itprovides reference for the design of supportin similarcondition.
